Great price and location
All was good
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is great. The food and drinks are well stocked. I’m glad that there’s hot food and protein on the buffet. The staff is great and very helpful. I had some issues with my first room and they were able to accommodate me to another room. When I requested for a shuttle to the airport, they were able to get me going within a couple of minutes. And the staff was just super pleasant in general.
The gym was lacking. There were no free weights besides two 50 lb dumbbells. And the treadmill does not work.
Breakfast was great. Location is perfect. Just wish the room had a bathtub.
That the room didn't have a bathtub. Also, I have no problem with pets being allowed but staff should try and vacuum often to keep animal hair at a minimum.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast selection was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean.
The first room assigned to us had a dripping sound in the toilet. Changed rooms. Second room had a fan in the bathroom that ran constantly.

Let me say if we didn't have a late check-in after 9pm and early checkout at 4am, my family would have never stayed here.
Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly
Dead bug by microwave
Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Thought I found a bug on the bed, fortunately it wasn't.
They seem to be under staffed. One person said they clean, cook and drive the shuttle.
Room needs to be updated, furniture peeling, outdated technology. The lobby is the only area that looks updated.
Hotel appears to be used as temporary housing
I almost forgot about the elevator 😲
I didn't expect 4 or 5 star but I expected better based on the reviews. Hopefully it's not the norm but we had two rooms so I don't know. Very disappointed!
The Staff was amazing! They checked to see if we were om or needed additional service. The room was quite, our room was ok.
The Hallways was very dirty, the elevator was full of weed smells. Suspicious people around the building and hotel

The location is super close to the arena so nice to just walk there. Rooms were nice enough and had amenities.
Elevator was broken the first day so the one that was working was pretty crowded at times. Also the carpet could use some shampooing.
I didn't like anything starting with the front desk the guy was drunk and he didn't know how to help us
