Pros:

The room was completely renovated from top to bottom as was the whole Inn. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the pleasantly decorated outside patio area

The best spot 1,000🌟🌟🌟
Pros:

Perfecta localidad, menos de 10min de Pier 60, bello el patio para relajarse en la pisina, me estare quedando ahi cada vez q vuelva a Clearwater. Mike is simply the best🙂

Great place to sleep after a day on the water
Pros:

I love the colors very tropical and the seating courtyard , umbrellas over tables and a beautiful pool. It’s on Cleveland St the main road into downtown Clearwater . We walked to a restaurant!

Worked perfect for the night before our cruise.
Pros:

Mike was so nice and helpful. He even called me to tell me that we checked out and left some medicine in the fridge. Cute courtyard to hang out in.

Pros:

The location was easy to bike to downtown Clearwater and Clearwater Beach. There is a trail adjacent to the motel.

We also were a quick drive to the Causeway Trail and Safery Harbor.

The bed was very good, I slept well. The place was pretty quiet.

The place was clean and had a cute courtyard with tables to have a picnic.

Cons:

The swimming pool was cold for March. We were only allotted two towels which didnt seem like enough when we wanted to use the pool. Bring your own bath towels and it will be fine. Some people do fine in a cooler pool. It isnt heated and we had a cold winter. But should be fine in warmer months.

I would return. The place is pleasant and feels secure I a decent neighborhood.

Pros:

The pool area has a very cute courtyard and the property was well maintained. The room was clean and the location is good. This visit started out good.

Cons:

There were 2 of us staying in a double room. . The toilet was used and did not flush some of toilet paper so it was flushed again and began overflowing and water flooded the bathroom and was coming into the rest of the room. We tried to call the office but there was no number to reach them. We went to the office and no one was there, after about 10 minutes we found the manager on the roof and housekeeping in the laundry room. We explained what was happening and housekeeping gave us 2 small towels and a plunger and told us "since you caused it, you can clean it up". This was unacceptable, we asked the manager to move us to a different room but we're told no, we asked for a refund so we could change hotels and we're told no. He told us it was our fault, that you never flush a toilet more than once and since we did, we caused it. After some arguing, he finally came to the room and plunged the toilet. He showed us a piece of plastic that had caused the clog and accused us of flushing a pad. We told him that we are 2 women in our 60's and do not use pads anymore. He did end up cleaning up all the water and mopped the floor but the whole situation and the way it was handled was unbelievable.

Pros:

Loved the location The rooms were clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable .

Cons:

The fridge was really noisy along with the air conditioning! And there was no coffee available either in the rooms or reception

Comfortable, reasonable
Pros:

- Just 10 seconds walk from Bus stop (Line 60, Cleveland Street / Lady Mary Dr N). Easy access even without a car.
- Early time check-in is accepted from 12:30pm (with additional charge, depends on room availability)
- Large and clean room
- Staffs are so kind
- Quiet
- 3 minutes walk to glossary store (at a gas station), 5 minutes walk to supermarkets
- 20 minutes walk to downtown
- Automatic vendor of cold beverages
- Refrigerator in each room
- Microwave oven in each room
- Open-air rest space with chairs

Cons:

- No equipment to get hot water for drink (just a note, not a complaint)
- WIFI was sometimes unstable - for some reason, my iPad could catch the wave but iPhone couldn’t

The manager was very friendly. However, there is a $10.00 daily parking fee that I didn’t notice when I booked this prop

There isn’t daily maid service . I had one palmetto but in my room 😔
