Maravilloso descanso en familia.
Pros:

Esta vez tuvimos estacionamiento en el hotel, así es que fue perfecto. Esa agüita caliente parara tomarse un té tardecita me parece muy acertado. Y el juguito adicional de bienvenida también.

Cons:

Que pudieran informar de algún beneficio para pasajeros de la tercera edad. Por ejemplo, las termas Pucón Indómito. Nos enteramos por casualidad en la termas. Son maravillosas.

No cumplió las expectativas, y todos los malos comentarios que leí sobre el hotel lo vimos.
Pros:

Lejos lo mejor del Hotel es la ubicación y las vista desde la terraza, el atardecer hacia la poza y la vista directa al volcán. Su ubicación es perfecta, centrica, pero a la vez sin ruidos molestos
Duchas limpias y agua caliente, que se agradece.
Desayuno en la parte dulce, muy completo.

Cons:

1.- Sin estacionamientos para huéspedes, algunos estacionamientos lo ocupan las mismas personas que trabajan en el hotel.
2.- Poca atención del personal, solo te dan las indicaciones para llegar a tu habitación.
3.-Televisión estaba prendida a la hora que hicimos el check In y luego cuando llegamos de cenar a las 10:30 pm estaba prendida tambien. Nos dio la impresión que alguien más utilizó la habitación. Habían rastros en el baño, que no dejamos nosotros.
4.- Camas poco cómodas y con un olor algo peculiar.
5.- Desayuno en lo salado muy básico. Huevo era de la mezcla en polvo, y no estaba bien preparada. Lo mejor la palta, era natural y eso se valora.
