Buenas instalaciones lo disfrutamos mucho.

Experiência maravilhosa! O atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, todos muito atenciosos, educados e sempre prontos para ajudar. A limpeza do hotel estava excelente em todos os ambientes, o que fez toda a diferença. A localização também é perfeita, facilitando muito o acesso a tudo. Sem dúvida, um lugar onde tudo funciona muito bem — foi uma estadia perfeita!

La ubicación es excelente y la atmósfera y ambientación del hotel es fantástica. La vista de la habitación 406 al volcán Villarica es muy buena. Cama amplia y cómoda. Muy buena presión de agua

Cons:

Somos huéspedes frecuentes y el desayuno ha bajado bastante en variedad y calidad respecto de estadías anteriores. por ejemplo frutas de estación mezcladas y pocas, huevos revueltos fríos, café lavado...etc. Deberían mejorar.
