Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está a una cuadra de la plaza y a una cuadra de comercio y donde comer. El desayuno estuvo bien. Cama muy amplia. Y buena vista desde la habitación al volcán.

Cons:

Si bien tuvimos suerte de poder estacionarnos en 1 de los 3 espacios disponibles, faltan más para lo demás pasajeros. Antes de poder estacionar estaba la preocupación de que nos pasaran un parte por dejar el auto en la calle frente al hotel.

Muy buena, recomendable y volveríamos, sin embargo el tema del estacionamiento nos complica, ya que en pucón los estacio

Maravillosa ubicación, personal atento y amable, muy comprensivos y resolutivos.
Camas cómodas, sábanas y toallas impolutas, decoración preciosa.

Cons:

Estacionamiento muy limitado, dificulta entrada y salida, además de tener que mover el auto para permitir la salida de otros.
No estaban las batas y pantuflas en la habitación, había que pedirlas en recepción :(

La ubicación es excepcional mente buena y hermoso todo bien limpio y con detalles relajantes

La habitación est sobre el restaurant lo que hizo que se escuchara mucho el golpeteo de cosas platos etc. Y que por ahora no tienen convenio con estacionamiento
