Adecuado para una corta estadía en Pucon
Cons:

Estacionamiento estrecho e insuficiente. Higiene del la alfombra de la pieza, muy desgasta y con mal aspecto.
Decoración general curiosa. Restaurant muy frío, sin ambiente.

La ubicación, en pleno centro, la atención de su personal fue maravillosa, las habitaciones muy completas y cómodas, en recepción había tecito a disposición todo el día, las áreas en común excelentes.

La habitación, la limpieza y el restaurante bueno.

Cons:

Que no tenía estacionamiento y la poca cordialidad del personal a la hora del ingreso.
Nosotros preferimos este hotel por el estacionamiento, lamentablemente estuvimos
Que dejar la camioneta en la calle y no dentro del reciento.

Maravilloso descanso en familia.
Pros:

Esta vez tuvimos estacionamiento en el hotel, así es que fue perfecto. Esa agüita caliente parara tomarse un té tardecita me parece muy acertado. Y el juguito adicional de bienvenida también.

Cons:

Que pudieran informar de algún beneficio para pasajeros de la tercera edad. Por ejemplo, las termas Pucón Indómito. Nos enteramos por casualidad en la termas. Son maravillosas.
