It was unclean, beds are lumpy, breakfast was poorly stocked, no spoons, no coffee made, no creamer, tables were dirty.

I liked the location but had an uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

I liked the location of this hotel. There were several options around for good restaurants. It was close to the venue we needed to meet at during our stay, so close we were able to walk.

Cons:

I reserved a king suite and the day of check in I was notified that they no longer had a suite available for me. There was a mess up with the system and I was down graded to a double room. The room I was given was supposed to have two queen beds and the beds were full size not queens. The water in the bathroom dripped constantly no matter how much I tightened the knobs.

Overall, I had a nice stay.
Pros:

Was located close to everywhere I needed to go.

Cons:

Outside of the building was very dirty, mostly because pet owners don’t pick up after they’re furry pets! More signs are needed to be posted. Pick up after your pets!!! also no poop bags were provided/bag dispenser was empty.
