Danile at the front desk was very helpful
Rooms were very clean and roomy. It looks like they take care of the place.
I was doing laundry in the guest laundry room when I went back to put my clothes in the dryer. There was a homeless lady at the vending machines that looked like she was higher than a kite. Going through the garbage can make a mess on the floor trying to use a phone to get a soda out of the machine. Talking to something that only she could see rocking back and forth plus rapid jerky movements. I asked her if she had a room there. She said no, then I asked if she was visiting? Nope. I said that she had to leave it and took her a half hour to gather her things, looking for something. Over and over rearranging stuff. Before she left. I stayed with my laundry until she left out the back elevator and door. I was afraid that she was going to steal my clothes or break into a vending machine.

There was an amazing staff member who works possible mid shift into the night. I want to say his Name is Dustin or Justin. Had a tattoo on his neck. He was absolutely amazing! Very understanding and just an all around pleasure to interact with! He is definitely amazing at his job and definitely deserves a raise & recognition for going above and BEYOND to make people feel welcome/as comfortable as possible!! Great job sir, I just wish I could remember his name. Because he definitely gets a 5 ⭐️ rating from my family & I.
There was a guy sleeping in the stars way the 1st night we got there. Also had some random guy knock our door several times. My son & I finally answered it & the guy apologized for being at the wrong room. A dog had diarrhea in the hallway and the smell was absolutely awful. The elevator had a constant twangy/funky smell to it. And a majority of the people that stay here are beyond rude. And will close the side door right in your face even though you are almost at the door. Lots of activitie/people come and go allllll hours of the night. And the rooms by the elevator are constantly getting outside noise/elevator door beeping/slamming shut

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure that my requests for extra blankets and wash cloths were met.
People sleeping in cars and vans in the parking lot, did not feel safe leaving my vehicle in the parking lot unattended.
