A very pleasant and reliable stay with no issues at all.
Pros:

The property was well-maintained and provided a very comfortable environment. The check-in process was easy, and the room was clean and ready for us when we arrived.

Cons:

The location was nice and the lobby and hallways were updated.

Cons:

Both of our rooms were not clean and the sheets were not changed in the first room there was hair all over. There was stuff on the sinks and toilets like nothing was wiped down. It smelled terrible in the rooms. Our second room had paint splattered everywhere and random brown stains on the floor. There was exposed drywall by the shower and the metal in the shower was full of rust. The window had streaks all over it and the beds were full of drywall dust. We were not made aware of the construction going on as well. Also a fire alarm went off for a short period the night we had to drive 15 hours back home. There were also people living in the hotel and were allowing their kids to scream all night and the children were not cared for. Also the hot tub was dirty and not hot.

Room was spacious. Bathtub was absolutely disgusting I refused to shower because I would not put my bare feet in the tub

Regarding my short stay on 3/14/26 in room number 310

The tub was absolutely disgusting, it was an overnight stay and we were not able to shower. Late arrival (10 pm) and I didn’t notice until my 2 year old was already asleep. I informed the guy working the desk the following morning and showed him a pic. He told me he would pass it along to his manager. I assumed the manager would call me, give me a partial refund or add points to my account. I never heard back. Extremely disappointed but lesson learned.

Don’t stay! Cockroaches!
Pros:

This hotel is terrible! I booked a 4 night stay and we arrived to find our room dirty, musty and we saw cockroaches.
I immediately called the front desk and told him our room was inhabitable. He then gave us a key to another room. Still dirty! While we checked the room another guest came in to check it and she told us the room she was given had several cockroaches and she was trying to find a suitable room. I immediately went back to the desk and asked for a refund so that I could find another hotel. He said okay but I had to contact Agoda to receive my refund.
I contacted them and they said the hotel denied our refund! I am still waiting and no resolution as of yet!
Extremely frustrating!
