Pros:

Your front desk man Damon knocked it out of the park. He went above and beyond to make our stay possible. We messed up our reservation, he went out of his way to help us. After 30 minutes of calls we were good to go. This is the only review I ever left. That's how top notch the service was. Thank you again Damon

Over priced for the total service that I received.
Pros:

Allowed my father to check in early.

Cons:

I requested that my rooms be close, that did not happen. One room was on the 3rd floor and the other was on the 5th. Bed was very hard. Made it very difficult to sleep. Room and hotel was very dirty. Also, I reserved a king bed with a couch. I did not receive that. Instead I received 2 full sized beds. Wife and I slept cramped while our daughter got a bed to herself.

Great hotel in a bad area
Pros:

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The hotel is excellent for the value, but it seems to be priced that way because it's not in a safe location. It's next to the highway as well.

Cons:

There was a shooting incident nearby and my taxi driver told me it was not a good neighborhood and he said he almost considered not agreeing to pick me up there. I felt uncomfortable to walk my dogs around because there was a man camped in the parking lot with a folding chair for the two days I was there which I found odd.

No hot breakfast
Pros:

The coffee pot in the room did not work; the TV did not work properly, and the breakfast was cold cereal and bagels. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
Pros:

We had a cute cozy suite that was very comfortable. It was close to the Petroglyph National Monument where we were spending our day.
