The room had everything I wanted: comfortable bed and pillows, refrigerator, microwave, desk, internet, and it was very clean! I appreciated being able to have my puppy with me. The desk clerk was very pleasant and friendly. I really enjoyed my short stay there!
Our stay included a room that smelled so bad the window was open to air it out when we arrived. The door was busted, like someone had used a crow bar on it and the key only worked after about 15 tries. Told front desk about pet odor, was given a bottle of spray to clean it ourselves. It was late and no other rooms, or we would have switched. Gross stuff on furniture, not stains, could have been cleaned if anyone would have tried. Styrofoam coffee cups in the room were mangled/used. The water in the breakfast area for tea had grains of dirt in it. By 7:30 all of the yogurt, most of the muffins and apples were already gone. Dog behind front desk barked frequently, had to be picked up by desk clerk to get it to quit barking every time. Front desk and front door were adjacent to the breakfast area, in which there were many dogs. Told front desk about tea water and odor in room, she said she would notify someone. I asked if I could get a card for the owner, she said she would give them a message for me. I have not heard from them yet.

Thanks to GM Jamie for assembling a great Front Desk team: Lilliana and Manager Stephanie really made my stay w their Friendliness and Courtesy. The Property has a nice outdoor pool area w patio, coin guest laundry, and steaming TVs in the room. Housekeeping does a good job overall, Property is tidy, and my room was comfortable and very clean. Albuquerque is a City where hotel-guests need to ‘pick their spots’, and this location is a good value and well-cared for. Convenient in-out for commutes and shopping/restaurants nearby.

Mold in bathroom, lied about accessibility for my grandmother, found a Crack pipe under bed when looking for her cat. Vent has never been cleaned in bathroom.

I love staying at LaQuinta since my road trip across the country in October 2025. I found consistency in the quality of each location whether it was a brand new location or an older one. I was again crossing the country alone in a road trip in January-February 2026 and it was a great comfort to know that my night stop would be clean and safe . The beds are wonderful so I am completely rested when I wake in the morning!
Your front desk man Damon knocked it out of the park. He went above and beyond to make our stay possible. We messed up our reservation, he went out of his way to help us. After 30 minutes of calls we were good to go. This is the only review I ever left. That's how top notch the service was. Thank you again Damon
