The location of the hotel is excellent. The bus stop for buses 1, 4, and 5 is just next to it which we used to get from and to the airport and to Arrowtown. Our tour to Milford Sound via RealNZ has a pick up point at the opposite street. It was easy to check-in and we were able to do an early check-in because the room was ready.

The staff we’re welcoming.
When you enter the room there’s this smell thats kinda like wet carpet smell.
We’ve been to queenstown multiple times a year and we’ve tried all other accommodations,so we can really compare.
The room is too small.
Love the location was an easy walk into town, but far enough that it was also nice and quiet. The view was amazing from our room as well!
Would have liked a slightly bigger room, also on sight laundry would have been amazing
Location was great and good options for breakfast and dinner. Washer and dryer in the 2 bedroom apartment was a great addition.
Just a couple minor maintenance issues. Jug was faulty but we have notified the hotel team to replace it. Bathroom sliding door in the 2 bedroom apartment was difficult to open and close. Other than that it had everything we needed.
