The room was very small and the location being at the top of a hill is challenging for those with restricted mobility

Over promised under delivered. Paid for view then when we arrived view rooms were sold out.
The location was great and the reception staff were lovely.
The room was very small. The dining room is far too small for breakfast so we were only able to have breakfast twice as the other times there were no tables and we had excursions booked so we just had to go. When we were checking out the receptionist tried to charge me for breakfast again, when I tried to explain that it was covered in the bill I had paid when I checked in she said she didn’t believe me and had to go to get my breakfast voucher from the waiting staff.
Comfortable bed, perfect view and close proximity to town and gardens. The staff were pleasant and always helpful.
I would bring my own shampoo and conditioner and dental care kit.

Location was good
Was supposed to be lake view, but there was a giant structural beam inside the room blocking the view, also it was a kind of safety hazard as we hit our head to it several times.
Room service was poor as well , they didn't clean our room , we reminded them couple of times but still didnt happen
so disappointing
