Walls are paper thin, so when you have a rude inconsiderate family on your floor that can’t control their kids you are going to hear every word.

The hotel is very close to Queenstown restaurants, scenery. It is walkable to everything.
I have booked this hotel for my parents. The stay was alright but all you expect in a hotel is not provided, for example, toothpaste, room sandals, and bathsoap is not filled up upon checking in. The most concerning part is that the floor in the toilet is very slippery once you have taken a shower. My parents are senior citizens and my mother slipped 3x on the toilet!! Lucky it was a minor slip and she was able to grab on the toilet sink!!!! There should have been an anti slippery mat on the toilet! They’ve had a bad experience and the accident that caused my mum would be terrifying if she hadn’t able to grab onto the sink as she slip!!! Safety is the utmost important and i believe this hotel failed to meet this expectation!!! I will do my best to get a refund of my parent’s stay in this hotel!

It was clean and tidy. Not to far to walk to town.
I was disappointed with the lack of parking, unfortunately the car parks were all full and we had to park off site.

The breakfast meal was very ordinary dry and very minimal food not great value for money and had to go find my coffee I ordered

The room was not as anticipated looked a lot bigger on the picture . The room was supposedly cleaned every day but was very poor sinks not wiped dish cloths and tea towels not replaced. Had to go and ask reception to get cloths . Never vacuumed in a week at all . The windows were soaked every morning with condensation on the sills never wiped up .
