Nice room. Female front staff good, male front desk condescending .very.
Washer / dryer did not work . One of the reasons booked here was so we had facilities
Cheap washer/ dryer. Maintenance came ..no fix( was female). She Told desk . Was told by male reception mgr ..we should split load. In end I said we will find another hotel..please refund $$ .
Room not made up.until complained,

Cons:

Washer/ dryer was not functional. Ski dryer room is not a proper ski dryer room. Just a room with air-conditioning. 8 hrs was still saturated. In end dried faster in our room.

Cons:

Room was tiny even though we had a lake view, for breakfast there were no Gluten free Toast or many options. I had to have scrambled eggs on a gf hamburger bun.

Pros:

Staff were nice

Cons:

Tiny tiny room. Not even room for a chair. Not enough room to open our suitcases comfortably. A bit rich for over $470 a night
