Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, beds were comfy :)
The room was quiet and had a lovely view, but unfortunately there was a beam diagonally across the view, which also collected condensation through the night.
The location was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is 6-8 minute walk down hill to the city center. Walking back up hill carrying stuff is quite challanging.

No breakfast was offered as part of room deal. Weather was inclement and only limited amount of umbrellas were available. The bathroom fan was extremely loud for some reason
Our room was super comfortable and the views were amazing.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like
there was mould on the wall in the bathroom. when we used the drier the bathroom turned into a sauna no extraction. the walls were dripping.there was condensation water in all the windowsills. the bed was poorly made bottom sheet not even tucked in properly. dirty faceloth left in shower for 3 days. asked for facecloths and bathmat at reception. said they would send them up. Definitely not value for money. the non stick frypan all scratched that is a health issue.

Teeny tiny room. No lounge or bar facilities, just the cafe/restaurant which actually was very nice. Poor facilities in the room.
Handy Location close to everything. Wonderful view of the lake & mountains from our very clean apartment which was well set up with everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, great shower in bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer which were all used. Kitchen well set up and supplies restocked every day by lovely cleaning staff. Bus stop right outside hotel to airport.
The reception and restaurant staff were all so obliging and helpful, particularly George and Duncan and a French lady (so sorry I have forgotten her name). Restaurant food was fine including really good pizza.
This is our second visit (last time 2023) and the standards were just as good. Highly recommended.
