The kiosk for drinks & pizza

The toilet brush hadnt been cleaned which I felt was disgusting! The room was too small for the price

Just the hotel we needed in travelling around NZ in a car.
Pros:

Modern and clean. 4th floor room with lakeside view was amazing and had fantastic panoramic views. Great laundry and kitchen facilities in room gave us everything we needed. Paid for parking on site very convenient.

Cons:

Minor point but it would have been nice to have 2 armchairs (instead of 1) to admire the view (although dining chairs were available)

Comfortable, clean, excellent location, would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The location was excellent, walking distance from the centre of Queenstown. Having stayed in other Ramada accommodation, this one lived up to the high reputation and was spotless, with in-room washer and dryer which was a huge advantage. The restaurant located on the ground floor was also excellent and I had a lovely meal there. Parking underground was available as well
