Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

There was not much parking available (fortunately we had pre-booked otherwise we would have not got one).

The staff went above and beyond by finding me a chromecast when there was an issue with sky channels meaning I could not get channel 3 to watch a show I had been watching.
The window cannot be opened, while the room was completely out of air at night.
An outdated technical solution provides cooling and heating in a new-looking hotel.
A beam runs across the window, blocking the view and hitting your head.
