大変お世話になりました
Pros:

当日、家族が一名追加で泊まる事になったのですが、隣の部屋を準備してくださいました。タイミングも良かったのかもしれませんが、急なお願いにも快くご対応いただき、大変助かりました。また、都会に慣れない者にとっては、空港への送迎バスは大変ありがたかったです。

最高でした！
Pros:

フロントのスタッフの方々が、優しくて、対応が大変心地良かったです、食事のスタッフも良かったです。何せ、空港迄の送りは最高でした！荷物を持って電車で行くのは辛いけど、そこの所を省略出来たのはとっても助かりました。感謝です。

La proximité avec l'aéroport et la gare de Kamata, le petit déjeuner ainsi que le petit coin fumeur juste devant l'hôtel. Pour une nuit c'est parfait.
