The room was great for the price
I like everything. The breakfast can use a but more variety however
Very worn down looking hotel...they updated in a very old fashioned depressing way.
Breakfast ends a little early for me. I got up there just as the girl was putting everything away. Updates in room were nice. New floors, curtains and updated bathroom. Furniture needs replacement badly. Beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again because it is very convenient to Moffitt Cancer Center.
Young children in next room were running around in hall screeching and playing (with a parent present) until 11/11:30 both nights we were there. There's no way management didn't hear them and do something about it.
I had to have a room change.. the room smells. Dirty carpets. Sorry that’s all I could see. Completely clouded my brain. I really regret choosing this hotel and not something else in the region
Cleanliness and outdated, weird smells.
It's was good
The the elevators didn't work
It was average
This place is so dirty.
Location was near the hospital and other stores. The price was good.
The hotel is outdated, the walls and the carpet were dirty. The coffee was cold at 6:30 am in the morning. This hotel needs an upgrade.
The staff was all very friendly
Breakfast was less than decent. The sausage was grey in color and the hard boiled eggs were in pieces in the dish.
Although there were signs apologizing for the mess of construction. The mess I saw and encountered had nothing to do with the construction. The carpets were filthy, the outlets didn’t work, the bathroom sink was falling out. The bed was very overused and soft.
Definitely overpaid for 3 nights
Nothing. Will never use La Quinta again
Everything. The place looked a little run down but it was just for a night and I don't judge that much. After a long night out at a concert my friend and I go to the desk to check in and were told very awkwardly that the room I had booked under my name was given to somebody else because they had a very similar name, and that person then checked out and said they didn't need the room so it was given to someone else. So the room that I booked was given away and we were left scrambling and having to pay 60 dollars more to book a hotel further away after an hour on the phone trying to find a hotel with a room for the night. Terrible and will never be booking with La Quinta again.
Good reception service. Rooms very clean. Nice pool.
I think that the hotel needs some renovations(rugs, doors). The shower in my room did not work so well.
It was very clean and close to the Interstate.
The amount of coffee in the room. They must be used to single travelers that only require one cup and one set of sugar and creamer.
Breakfast was ample and good. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
First room was really dirty #309 (Carpet was dirty), moved to #310 (had vinyl floors - was much better)
The staff was great. Very polite. The room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of choices.
The bed seemed shorter than it was. One issue we had was with the bathroom doors. It was a Double door design with no locks. And diddnt provide much privacy. Room carpet diddnt feel clean enough
First - hotel bed was comfortable but no breakfast or hot coffee in lobby. We came down at 7;30 am. We should have been told that when checking in. The front desk told us breakfast stayed at 6 am. She never told us it was grab and go. The grab and go bag was disappointing. A banana- warm juice box- a muffin.
We need to return next month but thinking I will go to another hotel that offers a hot breakfast.
The location.
The room and hotel wasn't clean. I think they were remodeling and it really looked bad. Maybe when they're all done it will be cleaned up.
Place is being renovated....no breakfast. Nice staff. TV is tricky to get going initially. Good location for Moffitt
May return in the future. Too early to tell.
