Wonderful nice staff hotel in need of major remodel for health and safety
Pros:

Rose was wonderful explained hotel in hands on new owners so new reinventions will be done soon. She responded when we checked in and bathroom not cleaned. Next to Cracker Barrel

Cons:

Disappear of repair. Broken mirror in bathroom, tub facet loose, black mold, hair drier not working. Bathroom not cleaned before check into room. Limited soap, amenities, security lights not working, no laundry soap to purchase, expensive washer/drier, key cards not working , all employees new or from down the street. New owners hopefully have resources for remodel,

Cons:

Room wasn't vacuumed. At 7:30 am no coffee, almost no breakfast remaining, no breakfast staff, desk clerk out of sight unless summoned by bell.

Room was quiet and spacious.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable, mattress springs were wore out on side I prefer to sleep on and sunk down a foot or so when I sat on the bed, mattress should be replaced, toilet seat was very worn with sharp plastic edges not comfortable when sitting on the toilet, one of the wash cloths was not totally clean, had black spots on it (should use bleach when washing), not able to use coffee maker, piece to place coffee pod in was missing, told it was in a drawer, did not see a drawer to look in at mini kitchen area

It was OK, have had better service in cheaper hotels. Staff were nice when asked for towels.
Pros:

Out of when we went down, not much of breakfast.

Cons:

Had to ask for towels for both days there, beds on small size.

Not the hotels fault. It was a super busy weekend for them. So the staff was a bit behind schedule during check in time. But they handled it well.

Clean the room thoroughly and please double check for cleanliness!!
Pros:

I had no idea breakfast was included and receptionist never told me what time breakfast was served.

Cons:

Bathroom had hair in the tub, sink had toothpaste stains, bed had hair and stains on the sheets. Looks like it wasn't cleaned at all. I sat at the desk and a sticker or bull horn poked the crap out of my foot, which hurt.
