Adequate for our purposes, not sure I'd stay there for vacation, etc.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast, location was fairly easy to get to most places we needed or wanted to go.

Cons:

Air conditioning not working properly and toilet was not flushing most of time as no water in tank. Reported both issues to front desk

Perfect for a quick stop
Pros:

The check in was super smooth, rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and a great touch. Overall we enjoyed our one night stop off while traveling through.

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The room was filthy and I would not stay there again.

It was in a good location.

Cons:

The room was filthy and had a strong odor of chemicals. All of the linens and towels had stains, in some cases stains that looked like blood and flaked off. The carpet was dirty and crusty and there was hair in the bed and the furniture. The beds were so uncomfortable and lumpy and were made up so shoddily.
