Muy bien el hotel, y muy mal un recepcionista (Robert)

El hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, una decoración excelente, una ubicación excelente. Lo recomiendo, es una gran opción en Munich.

Cons:

Tuve un problema en el check-out con un empleado llamado ROBERT que fue tremendamente mal educado. Habían cobrado mi desayuno dos veces, simplemente le pregunté, y me empezó a responder muy mal, con muy malas maneras y subiendo el tono de voz. Sus propios compañeros no daban crédito. Hubo un momento que cogió el papel que tenía en la mano lo tiró con mal genio al suelo y se marchó a un cuarto que hay detrás. NO ME HABÍA PASADO ALGO ASÍ EN MI VIDA EN UN HOTEL. En todo caso pongo 5 estrellas al personal porque quitando él, todo el mundo siempre es amable. Mi principal punto negativo es que mandé un email al hotel explicando la situación y no me han contestado dándome una respuesta.

Super gute und ruhige Lage. Modernes Hotel
Pros:

Super Lage, äusserst ruhig, sensationelles Frühstück

Cons:

Leider war die Zimmerkarte nicht bis zur Checkout Zeit frei geschaltet und man musste zeitaufwändig zwei mal zur Rezeption um ins Zimmer zu gelangen

Loved the location
Pros:

we were in the center, no cars, lots of shops, restaurants and the subway was near, staff was nice and friendly check in is done on the computer (not sure at night what is the procedure)
would recommend and would love to stay there again

Fantastic hotel in the city - wouldn't go anywhere else!
Pros:

This hotel is right in the centre, close to everything and the walk to Marienplatz was around 5 minutes. Close to the S-Bhan and metro to go further afield. The room was clean and functional and room size was decent especially in the city centre. Staff were so helpful and the bar was great!

Nice enough but overpriced for what you get
Pros:

The person who checked us in and out was great and he was really helpful, bar area really nice and location great.

Cons:

Rooms very small to point of uncomfortable as no room to put suitcase, we were not allowed in bar second night of stay because of private work event which was frustrating as key reason we booked. Small touches like tea making facilities not available. Because of relatively high price of the room and lots of cheaper equally nice hotels within 10 min walk we were frustrated to have chosen this place because of these things. Next time would book somewhere a 10 min walk from the centre that would be about £100 cheaper for 2 nights as Munich very walkable city.

Hotel lindo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Está súper bien ubicado, a solo unas cuadras del centro de Múnich, Marienplatz. La zona es linda, con muchos comercios cerca. El hotel es muy bonito, al parecer recién remodelado, todo luce nuevo, en buen estado.

Cons:

Todo bien en general. Se podría mejorar la temperatura al interior, es muy caliente en invierno.
