Pros:

Die Lage war toll, sehr zentral und an einer Shoppingstrasse mit vielen Geschäften und vielen Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es im Hotel selbst angenehm ruhig und hat eine entspannende Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr lieb, ob an der Rezeption, in der Bar oder am Frühstücksbuffet, jeder was sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gab es kein Hotel eignes Parking. Aber sonst gibt es keine grösseren Kritikpunkte. Insgesamt was der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

The staff, location and cleanliness were all amazing! I can’t say enough good about this hotel.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything bad to say. Perhaps a sign pointing to the hotel where the taxi has to drop you off at the alleyway.

Overall great hotel
Pros:

Amazing location, like 10/10. Very nice, clean room. I had the upgraded room with fridge and safe. Easy process to go and get a physical key card from reception

Cons:

The digital key, good idea but a pain in the rear. Had to use it on the doors, room door and lifts. Went and got key card. Couldn't connect phone to TV, not the end of the world. Honestly very minor things. I was in the room next to the main corridor door, which was a pain when people are coming and going at 0100 and you're up early for the airport.
