Customer Service, Bed comfort, and TV

Staff very discourteous and unprofessional. I was racially profiled. I sat in the lobby watching the TV as I awaited my daughter. Although there were other persons sitting in the lobby, I was questioned by a member of the front desk staff as to whether I was a guest there as sometimes homeless people would come in the lobby. I was not causing any disruption and certainly did not look homeless in my Calvin Klein jacket and purse. The same question was not asked of the other persons sitting in the lobby. When my daughter made a complaint the staff was very nonchalant and dismissive. I will NEVER return to that hotel. In addition, I have not been reimbursed my $150 USD fee.
The location was great and the front desk staff at night was AMAZING
It was not clean once so ever The pull out bed had blood on it there was stuff splattered all over the wall that was dust everywhere.The window was not clean

They have no Baggage store. We requested to indian lady who was receptionist to store our bags for 3 hours, She not cooperate, but other lady available they store our baggage on over request.

- Para usar as máquinas de lavar e secar, precisa levar bastante moedas pois o sistema não aceita cartões mesmo tentando e a recepção não fornece moedas mesmo querendo trocar cédulas.
- Não arrumaram o quarto mesmo pedindo
