Pros:

The rooms were really nice looking over the lake, the food was amazing dinner was fantastic and so was breakfast. The service was brilliant too.

Cons:

They were fixing the pool, so that was one of the reasons we booked. But could not use it.

Een beetje vergane glorie
Pros:

Het personeel deed heel erg zijn best om beleefde en vriendelijke service te bieden. Ze deden hun uiterste best, dus qua service mag je dit een 4 sterrenhotel noemen.

Cons:

We hadden een hotel met zwembad geboekt maar hebben dit niet kunnnen gebruiken wegens slecht onderhoud. Het water heeft 2 dagen stil gestaan. Er was ook te weinig (geen?) chloor in het water. Het lijkt alsof ze kosten wilden besparen. Toen we er iets van zeiden hebben ze er iets aan gedaan, maar toen was het te laat omdat we vertrokken. we hebben het zwembad dus nooit kunnen gebruiken. Ondanks dat we dit gemeld hadden, werd er geen compensatie voorzien. Ook de rest van de infrastructuur werd niet goed onderhouden. Er hing een geurtje in de kamer. Ik begrijp de goede recensies niet zo goed, behalve dan voor de service. Daar valt niets slecht over te zeggen.
