staff are nice but need to hire more due to we waited a long time at the lobby when checking in because room was not ready at 3pm. A lot of stains on the carpets and smells bad. Unfortunately, it's the only one available for the type of room King Suite Room. There were some guests also waiting in the lobby. It frequently happens. We checked in to this hotel a few times and each time same situation.
If they have more cleaning staff so rooms are readily available by 3pm for the guests.

The only thing I liked was that is was close to my kids home
First, the Indian guy at the front desk when we arrived. He was no help at all. Seems he's just there for a check. Did not tell us how to get to the room, seemed complacent with just booking us in...
Second, housekeeping was not very friendly. I asked for towels and they told me to go all the way to the front desk to ask for one, even though she had some on her cart... when we first got into our room, there was trash under the bed and food that had been there for who knows how long
Third, it's the same free meal every morning and they kept running out of food.. eggs were stone cold and if you asked for more coffee "it's being done", and that was it..
The guy cleaning the pool and the old man that worked in the kitchen were the only friendly staff...
Once again, you get what you pay for... but it really wasn't cheap..

staff at front desk are very nice.
house keeping not cleaning rooms thoroughly. Appliances not being wiped and floor carpets are very dirty. Never been carpet cleaned for years from what it looks like. Lots of pets hair dander, urine smell, poop stains on the floor. Friendly reminder, bathroom faucets always leaking even if reported to front desk a few times.
Location and access
Not clean, carpets are all soiled, staff are not friendly, poor support from Maintenance. My door was locked inwards and had to wait more than 45 mts. Still maintenance did not come. Only the front desk girl was available and no help from anyone. Breakfast is not coordinated well. Poor service as well. We stayed 2 days and the room service was never done and the toilets were not cleaned. Not recommended for stay.

The carpet was dirty.
the bathtub faucet was broken and leaked heavily all night. I was very tired to change rooms. the window lock was broken. the knob to the room door was defective on the outside. I needed to try several times to open. breakfast is dull. the property needs some repair.
The morning staff was great
It had roaches and the guy(stocky Latino) on the evening staff was not helpful, very lazy, and didn’t care. He said the manager was too busy to contact me(2 weeks).
I got nothing.
I’ve stayed there several times over the years with all good experiences. Until this year on 3 separate occasions I was put in roach infested rooms with not a word from management
