Everything was perfect
The living room tv screen is blurry. Does not work.
Clean, friendly staff, comes with breakfast.
Nothing
Todo
American breakfast is OK, every room is cleaned every 3 days. We were surprised that they did not clean our room and we asked to do it, but they refused and said that this hotel cleans the rooms every three days!
We did not know their policy before booking.
We like this location because it is convenient for us to see our relatives living in this area!
Room is not cleaned every day!
The outside of the property was nice and it was in a good location.
Rooms and hallways were dirty, the hotel could use a deep clean.
The breakfast and the coffee only
They placed me on the ground floor instead of a higher floor, despite my prior call to confirm a reservation for an upper floor. The room door was broken and extremely difficult to open. The sink was damaged and could easily cause injury due to sharp edges. The floors were dirty and in need of deep cleaning. Dust was present in many areas. I found a cigarette under the TV, and there were plastic hair ties near the coffee machine inside the room.
My parents (both over 80) checked into the La Quinta in Fremont, CA today and had a very concerning experience.
At check-in, they specifically requested a ground-floor room but were told there wasn't one and they could use the elevator. After getting their room assignment on the third floor, they discovered that both elevators in the hotel were completely out of service, with signage posted.
This meant they had to carry their belongings up three flights of stairs. My father has a heart condition and was physically strained by this. They were not able to bring all of their luggage up.
When they asked the manager on duty (Shawn McGuire) for assistance, they were refused help, despite explaining their age and health concerns. The manager’s response was dismissive and inappropriate.
As a result, my elderly parents are now stuck on the third floor of a hotel with no working elevators and without full access to their belongings.
This is not just poor service—it is a serious safety and accessibility issue. Guests, especially elderly ones, should not be placed in this situation, nor should requests for basic assistance be denied. I would strongly encourage the hotel to address both the elevator situation and staff training immediately.
Convenience to freeway, price point, comfy bed and room.
Very slow elevator.
Need.more..cleaner
Close to my work
Someone open the door and the carpet is too dirty.
The hotel was bad. The elevator didn't work, the food was lousy and the cost us a lot of money because the charged our room in the end and overcharged my account. Everyone lied about who they were, they had the front office people acting like a manager. Worst place to go. Stay far away from this hotel.
Close the hotel.
I have never smoked I’m not a smoker. They didn’t refund my deposit, claiming that I had smoked something in the room and that the system (smoke detector) was triggered.
