The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable & we will never return
Cons:

The first room we were provided with was so dirty, that the staff moved us to another room. It appeared not to be cleaned after the previous guest. The 2nd room wasn't any better & the unsanitary conditions were so bad that we were forced to leave & drive 3+ hours home.

It offers good value for money.
Cons:

The hotel facilities were good, but the bed was a bit smaller than I expected. Also, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk staff, they said they didn't know where it was, but their service was otherwise very good. I wasn't informed that breakfast ended at 9 AM, so I missed breakfast the next day. The staff started clearing away the breakfast exactly at 9 AM, which I witnessed firsthand.

Cons:

The receptionist, L.T is very rude person. Never pick up the phone from room service and no responsibility. Playing his phone all the time at reception with no care and use bad language to customers when we are complaining about using only his phone to play.

The carpets need cleaning, they smell in the rooms and hallways. Some of the lamps in the room were not working. Hotel needs a lot of upgrades.
