Two nights stay
Pros:

Stay was fine, rooms are clean and cozy and there is absolute silence, food not really special for the price. Joze is a good guide, but sometimes a bit overreacting, which I find unprofessional, also watching boundaries might help to make the place more comfortable for the guests.

Rustique et peu fiable
Pros:

L'hotel est rustique, pas d'electricité après 22h00 (pensez à recharger vos appareils avant), douche fraiche,... José est volubile, et a de nombreuses activités (transport, guide, tours...) qui affectent sa disponibilité et sa fiabilité (portail fermé sans accès). Montée au volcan avec un groupe hétérogène de 9 personne (dont 1 a abandonné) quand le maximum devrait être 6 pers/guide, facturé au prix fort, mais sans nous faire monter au sommet (seulement 80 m en contrebas).
