The location for us was easy and worked well for all our activities for our stay. The breakfast was what we expected and had many options. The king bed was comfortable.
We arrived early and the staff seemed annoyed that we asked to check in early and in the end did not let us check in early, even though someone else there was able to check in early. The pool closed at 8pm and since we couldn't check in and went out to wait, by the time we checked in the pool was closing and we could not use the pool. The ice machine did not work. The sofa bed was stained and dirty.
Homeless sleeping the their car in back parking lot. Seen use of drugs in their car. Creepy. Should have someone checking the parking lot at night.
Homeless sleeping in the car in rear parking lot. Saw them using drugs. Was uncomfortable with this. Hotel should have a night person checking the parking lot and get police to move these drug addicts out.

We had an issue with the air conditioning. The staff were prompt in assisting with the issue.
My daughter and I loved the pool . Housekeeping was great. The front desk very helpful.

Staff were friendly and made sure to accommodate rooms daily.
People were smoking on the facilities despite it being a non-smoking environment. My bedsheet had an acrylic nail with blue polish in it. The carpet in the room smelled like animal urine in some parts.

Nothing I got out of my car and in the back there was an unmarked metal door stop in the concrete and I busted my big toe open and took the toe nail off (I was wearing flip flops) also I got to my room, saw 6 baby roaches on the ground, then went to use the restroom and found poop on the toilet handle. I asked for a different room and there was none available so I asked for my money back from booking (which I haven’t been reimbursed) then when I went to tell my family we were just going to drive back I found a black bag with the box to a female pleasure toy inside. 10/10 do NOT recommend this property it’s trash and I need my money back.
