Cons:

One of the elevators wasn't working. So having to walk to the other side of the hotel with heavy bags was an inconvenience.

Could have done better
Pros:

Room was mostly clean, but showed signs of wear. Missing toilet paper holder, tub was chipped and had rust stains, and window drapes had holes. Desk receptionist was nice, but charged us for our service dog.

Has a great 1st time in here Greenville, SC
Pros:

I like the fact that they were pet friendly. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good for the value room rate. The hotel smelled cleaned and freshened at all times.

Cons:

There was no indoor pool or cocktail hour.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Location. Big room, comfy beds, nice shampoo, great closet space for hotel room. The breakfast looked great but I didn’t sample anything. You do get a decent stay for the price.

Cons:

It was dated. Everything was clean, but minor maintenance type things: blemishes on walls, building outside should be painted or pressure washed. Dimly lit hallways, room door felt flimsy in the frame, walls are kind of thin-could hear other guests. Water pressure in the shower was dismal. Key card to outside door is very tricky and not fun to monkey with when your hands are full and there is a 7 degree wind blowing. There was no effort to clear walkways after the ice storm. It was treacherous getting to the car.

Great Stay for Price
