Stay in Giewant on 9/15- 9/16/25 with family. Good location, very small rooms, clean. Name of the hotel not visible at night, dificult to locate. Staff friendly, front desk did not communicate about all services. Our room wasn't clean because we didn't press the button to indicate that we need cleaning, we had no clean towels due to room wasn't attended by cleaning service. Coffee maker wasn't functioning well. Restaurant had good food but pricey.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect you won't get better.
However and I hate being negative. The room really wasn't of the standard I was expecting. We travel to Zakopane every year and thought we would give his hotel a go for the first time but sadly won't be coming back as like for like other hotels are better for the price.

The bed was a very very cheap bet that was very uncomfortable. The shower doors were off the runners, the air conditioning controller didn't work, the aerial cable to the TV was frayed.

There's no room cleaning but this was expected due to the apartment nature so I wouldn't score down for this but be aware.

I'm the pool there are lose tiles and no towels. However the steam room, sauna and salt room are fantastic.

To be postive the parking is fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful despite having no alternative rooms to move us to. Definitely not their fault but the owners need to bring the facilities up to standard.

There are definitely worse places to stay in Zakopane. But personally there's also much better and this just didn't have the magic of other locations.

Great location, free parking.
Damaged sofa and lack of remote for a bedroom tv, very small pool. Smallest breakfast buffet I've ever seen. I would not come back, not worth it.

The WiFi was absolutely terrible so for anyone that relies on a WiFi connection you need to take the atrocious WiFi into consideration. Additionally, we didn’t have running water early in the mornings which was at the worst time in order to get ready to head out to the activities we had planned. The staff was very friendly, but they were not able to resolve any of our issues and complaints which is what matters most. The property was clean and in an excellent location.

Pros:

We really liked the pool and the sauna. We used it every day after sightseeing to relax. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk from Krupówka street but away from the crowds. The staff was super nice. One important note if you visit in the summer, only certain units have air conditioning. Ours had it which was very important to us.

Pros:

Convenient location, quiet, clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the pool and saunas after our busy days. The room had all the basic furnishings we needed.
The hotel is nicely updated and eco friendly with motion sensor lights in the corridors.

Good location but hotel was ok.
Pros:

The room was nice , the location was very good. We didn't understand why there were no tissues or paper towels in the room. We thought we can purchase spa , and swimming pool option but apparently we couldn't add that option at all if we were staying in the other building and that was a bit unclear and huge disappointment. If its a aparthotel , also why the room was not cleaned every day and breakfast was not included. I know, I didnt read that fine print, so please read it all.

O.M.G. Views from our balcony were amazing, perfect location, right in the heart of Zakopane. I cant even describe the pool and sauna and salt cave and all the awesomeness! Will definitely come back!

Pros:

Although the hotel is beautiful, we were not really happy with our stay. The bed was super high and uncomfortable. We had no AC in the room. We booked two rooms at the same time right next to each other and for almost the same price, the other room was almost twice the size with AC so not sure why our room cost so much for half the size and no AC. It was HOT. The pool water was not clean and they never had clean towels. Over all the location was fantastic and the free garage parking was great. Just wished the pool water was cleaner and the rooms had AC.
