There are cockroach in the room. When we call for shuttle they said shuttle is busy and can pick up us from airport.

Locatie was top en prima voor 1 nachtje als je op doorreis bent

Cons:

Er zat geen water in het zwembad stond ook nergens aangegeven op booking.com dat er geen water in zat.

Great access to IAH airport!
Pros:

Great location! The hotel is just minutes from IAH airport—ideal for catching early flights. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Even with our brief interaction with the staff, the service and professionalism of the person who checked us in left a wonderful impression. Thank you Alexa!

They don’t reply to the message regarding the shuttle, we don’t have a service going to the hotel from airport.
Cons:

Although I booked a suite, the room was simply spacious, and the refrigerator was old. The air vents and air conditioning units were visibly dirty and covered in dust. The bathroom mirror also appeared to have been left partially cleaned, with noticeable streaks and smudges. The sofa was visibly stained and dirty, making it unusable throughout my stay.

Awesome
Pros:

The hotel is super cozy, and I loved that I was given a room with a view to the blvd, from where you can see planes about to land. The airport shuttle service is very punctual, and the reception staff are very friendly. I love this hotel.

Execelente para layovers.
Pros:

Personal super amable. Desde los señores que manejan el shuttle bus hasta las recepcionistas, personal de limpieza. Especialmente como una mujer Latina que viajaba sola por primera vez me sentí bien atendida.

Para una noche esperando un vuelo el hotel es perfecto. Recibes lo que pagas.

Poco variado el desayuno.

Never again will I stay in this Hotel.

The Bed was comfortable, close to the airport.

Cons:

At the airport we called the hotel to send us the promised shuttle, but we were told that the shuttle is not working. So we had to find our way ourselves. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was arrogant, yes, simply arrogant. She told us that we cannot get the suite we've booked. By insisting and saying again and again that we've booked on Booking.com and that we've paid it already, finally, like magic, we got our suite. - The swimming pool was empty, trashed, it looked horrible, like something abandoned since years. Broken moldy chairs and sun loungers - Breakfast was horrible.

There was a spill that resembled urine in the elevator when i arrived and was still there when i left, the shower didn’t have hot water, nobody cleaned my room, and i woke up to a roach in my bed

Cons:

They never came to put the door back on to the hinge after I reported it was off. I had the King bedroom suite. One door was attached and one was off. It was room 200. Other than that, it was good.
