Staff very unfriendly, no eye contact when checking in. Hardly spoke to us , no welcoming words. having to pay for wifi is honeslty ridiculous in this day and age, it's a basic necessity these days. For the price we pay for hotel stay , wifi should be included. You have lost a customer

My stay was great .would go back again.
Pros:

Booking .com did not foward my reservation to Laquinta.The manager worked with us to solve the problem. They could not get hold of a agent from booking .com thank God I had a confirmation number.traveled 2hours to hotel. But the manager and came thru for us .hats off to Laquinta by Wyndham. Again never us booking .com again .I hope this goes to their corporate office. Ken S
