Location was great. The property was great. The pool area was nice.
Breakfast wasn’t good I heard from others there so we didn’t attempt it. The doors were terrible when you go to shut it the deadbolt sticks out. You need someone to shut it from the inside or mess with it for a while.

Nothing! Waiting on someone to contact me for full refund, there was no shuttle avail once arrived at airport. The room smelled, the tub was dirty, the ac didn't work, nor the microwave.
The morning of check out, waiting on port shuttle, there was no coffee and we were told they couldn't make any

I arrived and the staff were so kind! The hotel is on a beautiful lake with a view. My room was not cleaned when I initially arrived and the staff were SO helpful and upgraded me for the inconvenience! My room was perfect for what I needed and had a microwave AND fridge. I will be staying again!
