It was ok but not worth the rate

I stayed there only because it was very close to the family I was visiting.

Cons:

The check in took 30 min, the staff was not very professional, I didn’t get two rooms close to each other though it was requested in advance. One room was requested with two queen beds and they gave me a room with one king

While the stay offered some positive aspects, overall guest comfort was significantly lacking

The location was ideal, as it offered convenient proximity to the airport. The breakfast station was adequate, featuring a standard continental selection, though there was little to highlight beyond that.”

Cons:

The refrigerator was not operational and emitted an unpleasant odor, which should be addressed to improve guest comfort. The air conditioning unit was also ineffective and produced excessive noise, making it disruptive when cycling on and off. Updating the television would further enhance the overall guest experience.”

This place need a renovation. It's old and nasty. We had to move rooms twice because of the tub being filthy. Even the 3rd room was not up to par
. We decided to just skip showering that night until we got home. I woke up to move the covers and stains were on the linen. I was fed up by then and checked out at 3 something in the morning. I have been trying to reach the manager for 4 days through email and phone and have been unsuccessful

Localização ótima com um rio no fundo, quarto espaçoso !

A cama afunda , sempre que usamos a chave do quarto pra abrir portas da recepção ela parava de funcionar , e o elevador demorava muito pra chegar , bem lento !
