Overall, the property was okay, but there were several issues during the stay. Housekeeping did not show up until we requested fresh towels and sheets. The key card repeatedly deactivated, which was inconvenient. The refrigerator was not working, and the air conditioning unit leaked water onto the carpet in the room. The TV was very small—about 27 inches—and the Wi-Fi did not work at all.

We had a wonderful airport transfer experience from our driver on March 16 from a lovely man who was so helpful and compassionate and kind. The check in from the gentleman from the evening before on March 15 was also kind. However, the woman working at the desk on the morning of March 16 was absolutely APPALLING. She could not have been LESS kind, less helpful and had absolutely ZERO compassion. I suspect she is suffering from some sort of personality disorder. And she should not even have a job. How this hotel chain could employ someone like her completely escapes us. Mind boggling! There were many of us at the hotel whose flights had been cancelled and had been left on the tarmac at the airport, it was also pouring rain, and we had all gone to bed without dinner. All we wanted was a cup of coffee after a weary and difficult night on the morning of the March 16, and yet the employee PURPOSELY ensured that it took as long as possible to serve it. Not only THAT, she was NASTY. She scowled, was incredibly RUDE, unkind, and said terrible things. We, as a group, when we finally gave up and were gathered outside of the hotel waiting for our shuttle to the airport, could not stop talking about just how awful SHE was. And for the record, that was 16 people who were in agreement. So the hotel management needs to meet as a group, and decide if THIS is the kind of staff you want to representing your company! Is THIS how you want to treat weary, stranded passengers? Unbelievable. We all have opportunities in each moment in life to decide how we want to treat and serve others. And she was so outrageously awful that it is hard to wrap our heads around it. A real missed opportunity for her to show up as a decent human being. On the other hand, your airport shuttle driver deserves a promotion asap. He was INCREDIBLY kind and a wonderful human being!!

Bed was comfortable
Front desk was not welcoming, floors in the room were disgusting and dirty. Door was broken, had to forcefully push open it, dresser drawer was falling off. Very out dated
