Przyjechaliśmy bardzo późno. W pokoju była zepsuta toaleta. Dostaliśmy inny pokój. Był nie posprzątany. Łóżko z brudną pościelą. Wobec czego poprosiliśmy o następny. Również nie do końca posprzątany. Dopiero kolejny był ok. Straciliśmy prawie godzinę.

Café da manhã horrível. Lugar escuro, poucas mesas, as pessoas ficavam em pé comendo. Pouquíssimas opções de alimentos com aparência ruim e mal repunham o que acabava. Tudo era extremamente sujo, ninguém limpava as mesas, chão, comidas caídas na bancada, nada.
Lixeiras sempre transbordando.
A área que chamam de "kids" é uma vergonha. Tudo sujo com aquele tipo de sujeira que com certeza a anos nada é limpo.
Embora tenha garrafa de café na área da recepção, ele sempre estava frio e passado e às vezes estava vazio.
O hotel só tem 1 elevador e na hora do checkout foi extremamente demorado.
