Pass do not stay here!
Pros:

The location was good for my purposes

Cons:

They had no Wi-Fi service except in a few places in the lounge. When I reported the problem they say they don’t handle that and gave me an 800 number to call. The text at the 800 number said that there is nothing they could do after problem-solving because there was a hardware issue at the hotel. When I asked them how long it’s been going on they said the ticket has been open for 12 days so the hotel knew about this for over a week.
The windows are dirty and or scarred and have no view whatsoever with bars on them that make them look like you’re in a prison cell
The hotel design is thoughtless. There’s one slow elevator at one end of a building that runs at least 20 to 30 rooms deep. To people at the other end are walking forever to get to the elevator.
If the cost to stay here was cut in half, it would be a reasonable value option. The pool was minuscule with a handful of lounge chairs with no social activity whatsoever. They use an app to pre-check in and attempt to nickel and dime you for every aspect of check-in or check out including six dollars for two small bottles of water.
And finally, after I arrived home, I was warned that there was a security breach associated with this reservation and personal ID was hacked.

Good Choice Stay in Plantation
Pros:

The breakfast had a good selection and the food was fresh. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was some lapses in towel service and garbage pickup which was supposed to be daily. The breakfast could use some different items for people who stay longer.

Needed maybe two or three more loungers by pool and hot tub jets did not work. Overall it was a great place to stay in a area near shopping and restaurants, quiet and very clean
