Price
We had to change rooms because my partner was bitten by bed bug. The fire alarm went off. While we were downstairs waiting on the fire dept. my partner told the person at the front desk what happened and she changed our room.

Il love everything about the hotel and location. It was very clean and the atmosphere was great. I love the wild life animals that live near the environment.

Great location, staff was very nice and changed out towels etc every day.
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. If your staying 1 night it’s not to bad but other than that it’s the same food everyday. Eggs omelette with cheese, low grade sausage patty, bread, waffles, cereal and some oranges. No variation of your staying for a few days you’ll be eating the same thing every day
The cleanliness
When trying to check in an hour early I was told I would be charged an extra fee to check in early. This is the first time I was being told a fee will be charged to check in early. I have never been charged for early check in at any other hotel.
I didn’t like it at all
The building is old, my sheets were not clean, the have a old table that feels like is going to break, breakfast terrible, pool wasn’t clean, gym there is not gym

Instalaciones, estaba limpia pero tenía un olor a cloro como a humedad, piscina usan demasiado cloro, creería que no es la proporción correcta de cloro a la cantidad de agua.
Desayuno lo mismo todos los días, no hay variedad no dan ganas de desayunar.
Tienen que remodelarlo.
Todo muy bien. Solamente que estaba en remodelación y no tenía conocimiento. El desayuno muy bueno y muy buena atención
check out time for their club members is 1pm I stated and show the receptionist the membership but 11am they knock on the door and keep doing it every half hour ?
Breakfast food is really poor no fruit every thing from a can no boiled eggs
