L’établissement est très bien, l’emplacement est superbe. Les lits sont très confortables et le personnel est fortement sympathique.

Coffee , tea during the day.
Customer service, very nice and knowledgeable.
Everything was clean except the windows.
Parking lot did not have great lighting.
Location. 10 to 15 minutes to our connections with the cruise port.
Short staffed when open for breakfast. One person to have the breakfast setup by 6am and run the night desk at that time in the morning does not work out. Customers trying to check out at that time or customers trying to grab a bit before they start there day. One of these two customer satisfaction is going to suffer.

Proximity to where I needed to be.
Has gone downhill in last 2 years I’ve been going there. Tootsie roll wrapper on floor by nightstand. Fridge needed to be cleaned. Pillows were extremely lumpy. Lobby tile needs to be fixed. It’s a safety hazard and has been this way for awhile.
