Pros:

I did not like anything the room was nasty, the floors was nasty, dead roaches was in the room. Woke up to roaches crawling up the walls. Ice machine didn't work. The hallway floors was nasty I will not recommend anyone to stay there. The place need complete makeover.

didnt like the fact that the pool was closed for the time i was there. had some issues with the room cards too they stopped working and had to be re issued a few times

The whole building was extremely HOT from the time you walk in to the time that you got to your room the elevators went down so I had too walk up and down 4 flights of stairs it was the worst

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. The location was close to the venue we needed to go to.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated. I do see there are doing some updates in which they really need. The carpet in the hallway was disgusting and definitely needs to be changed. We seen a dead waterbug in the hallway as well. We seen a roach in our room and killed it immediately.

Didn't eat breakfast

Cons:

We didn't eat breakfast cause we saw a handful of roaches and that made our decision on eating there. Also pulled bed out and it hadn't been cleaned in awhile then the chair in corner wasn't done behind it. Very disappointed. Also u had one lady at desk so we had waited over an hour and we didn't arrive till 4 and didn't get room till 5:30. That's not fair

I realize this place is under renovation and I would not recommend staying there until the renovation is complete

The location was good and the front desk staff was polite

Cons:

The place was in terrible condition. Our room was OK but the hallways the carpet in the lobby was disgusting. We were also disappointed in the fact that our room was not ready when we checked in at 4 o’clock. They had to switch us to another room.
