Cons:

Disgusting—filth everywhere. The smell is horrible,the hotel it’s old, everything is broken and dirty. We didn't stay in that place for even two hours

Pros:

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The bedsheets reeked like a sweaty gym—completely disgusting. Cleanliness is basic, yet they failed miserably.

To make matters worse, the staff were the rudest I’ve ever encountered. They overcharged me, refused to let me check out when I demanded a sanitary room, and the manager outright refused to speak to me.

A total disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—stay far, far away.

No complaints just minor changes needed by the company

Great staff, good breakfast

Cons:

Interior looks unkept needs fixing all over the building.
We booked here cause of the shuttle but the shuttle was down which was an inconvenience since it wasn’t noted on the website we did not rent a car

I didn’t like anything. The hotel is providing false advertisement. The pictures and the ratings on the hotel site are fake! The hotel pictures had to have been taken over 20 years ago! The carpet is stained, the hotel smells like smoke and animals. The bathroom had mildew.

Cons:

Everything!!! I would’ve rebooked somewhere else but they’d already taken the money and deposit off my card
