Lovely
Pros:

Loved literally everything about this place - the vibe, the design, the comfort, the amazing staff, the super quiet neighborhood, and everything else. It was just a perfect fit for our needs.
The breakfast staff were extremely helpful with our gluten-free requirements for our daughter with celiac disease, and having a 7-Eleven literally downstairs made everything so much easier.
Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely come back.

Cons:

You will need to take a train to get to most popular attractions and areas, but we came to Tokyo to walk, explore, and ride trains, so we really can’t complain about that either.

A great hotel but the staff were lacked professionalism.
Pros:

Good location, loved the bar and pool table. The rooms are stylish and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff are less attentive and encroach on the guest areas. Examples of this was staff playing pool on numerous occasions during the 5pm-6pm guest drinks in the bar and on one occasion a staff member was sleeping in the chair in the bar area during a busy period. The staff at reception were far less hospital and friendly than at any other place we have stayed in Japan over the past 3 weeks. It’s a shame as the hotel is great and a nice location, it’s the second time we have stayed here but we found the staff to be far too casual than during our previous stay.

Lovely place
Pros:

This is my second review in a row because we stayed here twice during the same trip. After our first stay upon arrival, we booked the same hotel again without any hesitation for our return to Tokyo before leaving Japan because we liked it so much.

Excellent hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

Very nice, pleasant clean hotel in a peaceful location, five minutes or so from the metro station. Very good breakfast each day. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Smart tv in room so I was able to watch/ stream tv.

Cons:

I enjoyed staying here, I have nothing negative to say

Posizione tranquilla e vicina alle stazioni metro. Camera molto bella e moderna.
Apprezzatissimo il "beer free" dalle 5pm alle 6pm per rilassarsi e ricaricare le energie.
Staff disponibile.

A unique experience! I had a massive super king sized bed that was comfortable.

Great spot for Tokyo exploring
Pros:

The happy hour drinks were great! Awesome location super close to lots of good eats and a great rooftop for a sunset cocktail.
Given the location, super quiet as well and a short walk to the train to travel around the rest of Tokyo easily!

Cons:

Rooms were quite small for the cost, but this seems pretty on par for accom in Tokyo
