Chic stay, great location!
Pros:

We stayed for 9nights while visiting Tokyo for the first time - location is excellent, closer to metro, a lot of restaurants around. hotel itself is very ultra chic and modern, room was spacious and beds comfortable. Staff is probably the best English speaking staff we encountered but I suppose in Tokyo people are more affluent in English than rest of Japan (and this was our last stop before departing). Breakfast was good and they also have a rooftop bar as well as daily happy hour for drinks which we took advantage of a few times. Booked this hotel in advance with about 50% of price so I felt it was a fantastic deal for the price. We had a view to Tokyo tower from the room, extra perk!

Cons:

Breakfast was delicious but options quite limited. They have a menu and not buffet, and 4 options on the menu everyday - after a while it gets quite boring. I’d recommend to add like a daily special to add variety. The non menu options were limited to bread and soup which were also the same everyday, they could add cereal or yogurt or fruits.

Breakfast is available 07:30 onwards, if you are doing any day trips or early mornings then you miss it anyway. Other hotels we stayed in Japan offered breakfast from 06:30 or 07:00 which I found very helpful. This is the reason why I rate 8 and not 10. A small tweak can fix this!

La situation, Le design vraiment incroyable , le rooftop. l’accueil avec des gens qui parlent bien anglais, et très sympa dont une jeune femme d’origine suédoise vraiment sympathique, c’est appréciable et un accueil au Rooftop extrêmement agréable. Lounge, tout aussi sympa.

Cons:

Le rapport/prix de la chambre, le petit déjeuner et son accueil. Même si la Chambre avait un super design, Alors que j’avais choisi une chambre avec un lit, King size exprès pour avoir un grand lit aux normes classiques , on s’est retrouvé avec un lit bien trop large et pas assez long, une hérésie, je n’avais jamais vu ça, je mesure 1,75, et c’était très désagréable, je ne peux conseiller aux personnes plus grandes de prendre une chambre dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n’est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix de cet hôtel. les personnes en charge du petit déjeuner ne parlent pas un mot d’anglais, il n’y avait même pas un croissant et les fruits que j’ai eu dans mon assiette n’étaient pas très frais, bien décevant.
