I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was never notified that my card had been declined for the booking. In fact, I received a confirmation email with an order number, which led me to believe everything was successfully reserved.
It wasn’t until I arrived for my reservation that I was informed the booking had not actually gone through. By that point, there were no rooms available, leaving me without accommodations. I then had to search for another hotel on short notice, and most nearby options were already fully booked, which made the situation even more stressful and inconvenient.
Clear and timely communication could have prevented this issue entirely.

La puerta del cuarto estaba dura no cerraba bien , la mesa de el escritorio estaba en pésimas condiciones . Algunas de las silllas del área de piscina estaban rotas .
