Stay somewhere else.

When I 1st walked in the entire lobby smelled like weed and it was so hot in there, we were dripping sweat. It seems that there are people that live here and it made it miserable. On the 2nd night there, there were police banging on the door across from me for over an hour. starting at 2:30 AM. "Ronald, Police, open the door and come out with your hands up. They never did find Ronald, but I was then up all night and struggled through my meetings the next night. Dirty, smelled bad and filled with questionable people hanging in the lobby all day and all night. It was a miserable stay and I realize now that I shouldn't have tried to go cheap.

The experience was horrible. Not only did our Rome key's not work multiple times after communicating with the staff
There was stains on out of the couches,roaches in room, the back door which required a room key to gain access, was completely open to anyone to walk in and out , was extremely scary and dirty. & all of the lights in the room also do not work and the only available elevator was the one by the
Backdoor that had access for anyone to just walk in .

got the job done
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

the bathroom didn't have a drain stopper (kids wanted to take a bath), and the sink drain stopper got stuck and we couldn't pull it up. For the price, it was what was expected. We stayed for one night and it worked for what we were looking for.

My daughters softball team was in Polk county
This weekend. This hotel was the host hotel.
They were able to accommodate 50 rooms and out is all
Together. Clean, fitness center, Pool and good breakfast will guarantee is back next year!

Dad and I came for the car show in Lakeland. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice employees and clean rooms. We got to check in early also.
