Worst Hotel Experience

Cons:

Staff, phone did not work, dirty bathroom, dated, no internet, terrible offerings for breakfast worst stay of my life and I am a retired Director of Sales & Marketing for major Hotel chains. Wyndham can do much better! I want my money back in full.

Expected better.
Pros:

The room had been updated and was visually pleasant.

Cons:

My room had a definite odor of mold. Both the sink and tub drains were rusted and the stoppers non-functional. The fan on the fridge squealed and clicked and l had to unplug it in order to sleep. The toilet was so close to the wall that it made accessing the toilet paper nearly impossible. My toilet backed up and nearly overflowed when l used it. I had to go to the front desk for a plunger and luckily they had one available. Cold cereal and toaster waffles were not what l anticipated having for breakfast. I would list the breakfast menu on your website.

Never come to this location
Pros:

The person next door to me robbed and assaulted my minor son the police locked her up and the hotel kicked me and my children out and kept my 100$ deposit including my 70$ for the room I had gotten kicked out of for being a victim.

Cons:

The hotel camera didn’t work I was a victim and my children and was kicked out and my money taken I should have gotten my money back plus more I am calling a lawyer because my son got attacked on the property robbed and hurt emotional damage
