my credit card was charge for seven days and I stay 1 night need my money back.

The accommodation was materially not as advertised on your platform. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I experienced the following issues:

The property did not match the description or expectations set by the listing.

The hotel staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when concerns were raised.

Most significantly, the noise levels throughout the night were excessive and continuous, making it impossible for me to sleep at all during my stay.

Despite attempting to address these issues directly with hotel staff, no meaningful assistance or resolution was provided. As a result, the accommodation failed to meet basic standards of comfort and suitability for an overnight stay.

Given that the property was not as advertised and that the conditions rendered the stay unfit for its intended purpose, I am requesting a full refund for this booking.

Unexpectedly unpleasant
Pros:

Overall room needed a Reno, floors were not clean , we used the hard water towels to walk on. Popcorn ceiling looked like there had been a leak from the upper floor. Bed I was.very uncomfortable. The linen needs to be updated as was as bed covers. Glad it was only one night I have stayed at other Baymont hotels before that is why I booked there, but this one was not up to par.

Filthy with roaches.
Pros:

The size of the room was fine.the mattresses were comfortable. There was hot water.

Cons:

There were many roaches throughout the room. The mini fridge was broken. No actual freezer within the fridge but certain items froze. The floors were filthy and bathroom outdated. The two towels you were permitted were very thin and small and when I asked for more they refused. The ice machines were empty the majority of the time. The breakfast was minimal. The front staff gave my room to someone else so a man let himself in with key provided to front desk as we were in shock in our beds. The front desk never contacted us to correct our key cards or apologize.

Enjoyable. Spouse thought bed was too soft
