Parking was expensive at hotel, had to accommodate parking 5 blocks away.

Needs a refresh look, great location, good staff

The front desk staff are extremely rude. I checked in online through their website although I did book the hotel through booking and they told me they couldn't see anything I did with Booking. I was charged twice for my pet and I'm still unsure if this is on their end or Bookings end. I will never go there again. All I was asking for was clarification and got absolutely nothing but attitude. I'll call booking for clarification later today as the front desk said I would receive my check out from them with a financial breakdown and I have not received anything yet.

I'm sorry, but you must know this (no exaggeration). I was surprised when checking in that there would be a $75 deposit required up front. Then later found out after checking out and returning home that there were two charges for that deposit pending on my card even though both were later removed. The hotel was noisy with children apparently running or jumping upstairs seemingly uncontrolled. There were cracks around the doors that allowed light to shine through from the hallway. The bathroom door hinges needed to be tightened or reinstalled because the bathroom door would not close without lifting it up, and it would then stick and require force to open it. The smoke detector was missing a battery. A one inch or better gap was under the hallway door and the joining room door. I saw no emergency exit instructions for escape in case of fire. The window did not have a curtain at all. The shade was rolled up by hand (which was the only way it could go up) and wedged to stay at the top. When unrolled, both sides of the shade were curled so that there was no privacy because someone outside could see inside through the open gaps. There was only one chair in the room. The tissue paper was so thin it was appalling. Flourescent lights over sink area unsafely exposed without required protection from breaking (code violation). Walking down the hallway you could smell the garbage smell from the trash in the laundry room entrance. I only saw three (3) employees the whole time there, the one who checked us in, and two cleaning up breakfast the next morning. There was no one there to check us out. Not coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Our door hardly shut, the inside door handle was broken, some lights in bathroom didn’t work, and the room next to us was extremely rude and loud. We stayed on the 6th floor and you could hear the people talking and make out exactly what they were saying from their room and they was the same volume in hallway and couldn’t heard all the way to the elevator and it was at all hours of night and early early morning as well.

Não gostei dos funcionários que estavam na recepção e na cozinha do dia 04-08-2016, o atendimento deles foi horrível, muito mal educado, faltou comida no café da manhã mesmo estando no horário do café da manhã, a mulher que estava na cozinha fechou a porta da cozinha para não ser incomodada, mesmo sabendo que estava falará do ovos e massa de waffle, isso foi a única coisa que não me fez dar uma nota máxima para o hotel.

Hotel is worn and slows it . Hallway carpet has seen better days. Breakfast wasn’t very appealing or tasty. I would have rather not been charged for it and made to provide my own. The staff were not friendly at all. I chose to purchase a Diet Coke from the snack room but it was expired. I brought it to the staffs attention and upon my return several hrs later was surprised to see that nothing had changed. Upon further inspection all the Diet Coke’s were expired.
