Le escribo para informar formalmente sobre un incidente angustioso que tuvo lugar en su recepción el 4 de abril, aproximadamente a las 8:00 p. m.
Mientras intentaba solicitar una aclaración con respecto a un cargo no autorizado en mi cuenta, el miembro del personal de recepción que estaba de turno se mostró extremadamente agresivo y poco profesional. Cuando solicité una explicación, insultóla inteligencia de mi esposa afirmando: «Usted no entiende; tiene que saber matemáticas», y se negó a dejarme hablar. Su comportamiento fue tan físicamente intimidante que sentí que estaba a punto de agredir a mi esposa que estaba a mi lado. Todo esto ocurrió frente a varios otros clientes.
Además, cuando se produjo el cambio de turno, intenté hablar con el miembro del personal entrante. Sin embargo, el primer empleado instruyó a su colega para que ignorara el asunto y le dijo que «fuera al baño» en lugar de asistirme.
Ya me he puesto en contacto con Booking.com, quienes confirmaron que no tienen registro de este cargo y declararon que es el hotel quien debe resolver este asunto.
Dado que este incidente implicó abuso verbal e intimidación física, solicito que:

Nothing highly disappointed
The smell throughout . A lot of noise, sounded like someone was getting beat up at 430am. Front desk NEVER answered the phone.

The bathroom was dirty. Our request to have it cleaned was ignored. There was trash from other rooms in the corridors. Front desk staff were very rude. Room keys did not work.
The air conditioning in the room was good. The hot water was good.
Nobody cleaned the room in 3 days that we were there, we need to requested more towels because we were 5 and the room only have 2 towels. Every time that we needed or requested something should have to going down. The breakfast it wasn’t good.
Manager was very disrespectful for no reason to me and my husband, he acted like he hated his job

Absolutely nothing!!
Everything! The staff was not attentive and very rude. My key never worked and I was told to just wait for the click on the key pad and it would open but it never did. There was a brawl with grown men beating each other up in the hallway and the police had to show up. The room next to me had to have the police called because they were drunk and fighting and smoking marijuana
I liked how I was able to call the front office and let them know that I was arriving late
I booked this hotel because they had a fitness center but when I went into the fitness center, the machines were broken, there was only 3 dumbbells and they only had a treadmill and elliptical machine. The elevator walls were falling off. The rooms are so hot and AC does not work. Bathroom was dirty and things from the previous guest were still in there. I unfortunately will not be booking here again.

The lady at the front desk completely changed the requirements for the type of debit card they accepted. I have a temporary debit card that I've used many times since I have stayed there and the next day she said they didn't accept it because it didn't have a chip although I used it the day before. Still haven't received my deposit back
