The fact everyone was rude we booked 2 rooms hoping to be together but instead we got 2 different floors. Nothing stated it was dog friendly until we got there and our rooms smelled just like dog. About 1 am all you could smell was weed. Our children went to get breakfast there was nothing hardly at 8am when the lady finally came to refill she was rude to everyone fussing. Bad experience all the way around

Cheap/good for the quality. Similar to motel. Never again.

The rooms are seriously outdated. The website sold me on a fresh clean environment. There were water stains and it smelled moldy. The carper is extremely old I couldn’t walk barefoot at all. There was hair on the carpet still I’m assuming from the previous guest.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaned. It’s as it they just wiped certain parts. There was soap scum on the soap dish. The microwave was extremely old and the appliances varied from room to room. They should extended the pool hours to 9.

Está sucia. Descuidada. Éramos 4 y nos dejaban solo dos toallas y toallones. Las tarjetas magnéticas, dejaban de funcionar todo el tiempo. Tenías que ir a cambiar el código 2/3 veces al día. El personal desagradable y mal educado. El desayuno malísimo. A las 9 am ya no podías desayunar más. Mi novio un día a esa hora quiso hacer unas tostadas y una señora muy mal educada le pegó en la mano y le sacó el pan a los gritos de closed, closed. Si bien nosotros siempre lo hacemos: te obligaban a levantar y limpiar tu mesa. Sin ningún tipo de dudas: NO VUELVO.
