Hotel Grace Galaxy

Grace galaxy hotel is very good and the rooms there are very good breakfast is very good staff is very good and lift is also good all service staff and housekeeping staff is very good It is right on the road side and is very close to the Bandra West metro railway station. All the celebrities live there.

let's say first impression is the last impression Also the room it's not really cool. The room shown in the picture on social media is not like that at all, sorry disappointed! recep tion was very it was unfortunately I don't no the name of him his very rude. I think you must go other 4-star or 3-star to learn how to behave with the guys and I ordered some bread tost to eat but that's test my terrible it was so tight so hard to eat. And again I have ordered tandoori roti, this morning that one very bad roti not not soft at all...!

Worst hotel in my experiance, When we arrived , the lift was horriable no one was at the entrance, entire front desk area and rooms were smelling of urination, they asked 8k advance on call before reaching, now theu wont refund it even if we did not stayed. They are just looting. Should file a case on them.

Mumbai in general is always hustling and bustling, stay is very costly specially during the peak seasons of winters. So this can serve you one of that hotel, where you would only like to stay for a night, its in the market so lot of things are available nearby. Bandra station is also 1 km, incase you want to travel by train. The breakfast is not worth to have. Checkin and checkout were also as expected ie not very smooth. In all its because the owner has set the price, and he believes that as the price is so cheap, there is no need of service.

Location was good in bandra mumbai room were clean and amenities were good staff was awesome Mr. sunny and hasmukh thank you for great service will recommend to visit other in this padamic year everything was sanitizerd and clean.

My 4 stars is just because I haven't had the chance to stay at the hotel yet. But I talked to Mr Kali Charan, the Manager, over the phone, from outside India, to have a gift delivered to friends staying there. He has been extremely kind and very prompt to help. He even sent me a picture of what he'd done. I will definitely visit next time I'm in Mumbai. It's a great plus to have someone so ready to help and make your experience enjoyable.

I was here for one night only with my friends and the overall experience is very good.
For us, three people, room was big and bathroom was also good with hot water.

Staff is wonderful and breakfast is enough and perfect

The size of the room was rather small. There was a bad smell in the room, even after they ‘sprayed’ it . When I booked the hotel through Hotels.com which stated that there was breakfast included, they didn’t honor that and asked us to buy the breakfast! There was no coffee pot in our room, when we asked for one they told us that our room didn’t come with one. Not included in the booking price! There was a TV, but it didn’t work although some one tried to fix it. Overall they don’t seem to care !

Stayed here with my grown up children on Jan11th 2020. This hotel was offered through Vistara airline affiliation. We were allotted room 603 , for three of us. The room was clean, fresh and the interiors have been re done. The bath room and linen are fresh. However except the soap you do not find any baisc dental kit /comb/ shower cap/etc in the bath room. The breakfast served is average and since we had a late night check in two of my chldren could not not make at 10.45 as the buffet is off at 10.30. The lifts are too small to give you a clustrophobia.

Amidst such expensive hotels, Grace Galaxy is a hotel that offers you a comfortable stay at a decent proce. Good location, good rooms, can be a bit cleaner though.
Cups were dirty, linen sheets were also untidy.

The photos didnt match the room we selected in terms of cleanliness and size. They then said you can move into another room but have to upgrade so we had to pay more. Hotel provided wifi but only upto certain floors. They provided us with a wifi extender so we can receive wifi BUT then without telling us took it away from our room when we were not in as someone else wanted it. The hotel then promised us with a replacement wifi extender the next day that we didnt receive. So overall we dont recommend this hotel as it fails to deliver and its an overpriced hotel for what it is worth.

No on-time acceptance of the guests. Poor maintenance especially the rest rooms doesn't lock. it was so embarrassing despite of the reporting, they could not solve the simple problem for more than a day. so forget

There should be a negative rating for this hotel. The hotel smells bad the moment you step into elevator. Nobody cleans the place. The hotel management has no idea to run a hotel. First day, on check-in, we asked for dental kits, and it came after 3 times we called up the reception. Bathroom sleepers came next day, on calling again and again at reception. Every time we called, for in-room dining, they called us back again after 5 min, to confirm the same order. The reception asked us to call restaurant to take the order, and the next day the restaurant asked us to call reception. The rooms are small, had insects, and there was no desk to work. These guys show different pics on web, and then give you the worst possible room. Also, when we asked them to extend our stay for 4 hours more, first they said puch ke batate hai, and then they made us wait till half hour before checkout, and then they said it will be done but we have to pay a full day amount. They knew that at the last moment we will not be able to book any other place.
We asked for cold coffee, and they said its not available. Then when I confronted them, that since two days I am ordering coffee, they said ok will send. When I asked for Diet coke, they said not available. Aap zomato se mangvalo. When I confronted them that I have been ordering that since two days, they said diet coke nahi hai, no sugar coke hai.... people with no common sense. Staff does not want to work. Room service people came when I had a concall going on, so I told them to come afterwards. Then they did not come till the next day, and when I called reception, they said abhi to koi nahi ayega.
The hotel does not even have a proper restaurant. plastic chairs in a small dingy room are placed, and they call it a restaurant. There is no waiting lounge or a place to sit and talk with someone. Guys at the reception don't know how to use the credit card machine.
Please stay away from this hotel.... and save yourself from the trauma...

I have booked the same hotel 3 times. It always had been a good experience for me.
I haven't experienced any glitch till now. The staff is very helpful. One time I forgot my laptop charger, these guys got that posted to my address. Zeshan has been really kind when a friend of mine needed some currency exchanged on the counter.
I totally recommend this hotel to travelers.

This has been by far the worst hotel i have stayed at! From the moment that we stepped into the lift that smelt of damp and was filthy, i should have know that things were only going to get worse!
When we made our way to our room, the hallway leading to it was still unfinished, there were wires hanging down where the lights should have been. There were also no lights working in the hallway outside the rooms, so we had to use our phone torch to navigate our way to the room! The room it's self was also unfinished with a bodged paint job, filthy mirrors, dirty surfaces and ants in the bathroom.
The hotel breakfast the next morning was revolting, there was a spread of toast, curry & omelette (that was in fact cooked in mustard oil, as another guest found out when she took a bite and began to feel very sick, storming out of the room in a rage) the room where the breakfast was served also had wires dangling from the ceiling and was unfinished.
We returned to our hotel room to find our clothes and a bag were soaking wet with filthy water. When we confronted the hotel staff they denied all knowledge and later blamed this on the sprinklers going off. When asked if they were going to tell us about the accident, they were speechless. The hotel staff refused to apologise or to have our clothes dry cleaned or to compensate us for the damage.
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Expedia did give us a refund.
