I would definitely stay here again. Overall, very nice property.
Pros:

The room was great - the layout was very nice and it seemed extra large. TV worked with one remote (sometimes hotel TVs are impossible to figure out. Very quiet even though I was close to the elevator.

Cons:

Wifi was weak so I used my hotspot on my phone. Also would have loved to have been able to get at least coffee in the morning at 6am instead of 7am.

Nothing, the place has carpet that is filthy smells very bad ,when you get out of the elevator its horrible smells like dog urine, no way anyone should be exposed to the unsanitary conditions.

This Quinta is clean and convenient with a great staff and met all expectations.
Pros:

Daily breakfast was very good

Cons:

The AC unit in both rooms requires cleaning. They both had an awful smell when running. We kept them off and it took a day for the smell to subside. Just glad it was not too hot.

Pros:

Overall clean despite being dated and in need of repairs and maintenance

Cons:

Our room had a backed up sink. Basically a biohazard. They expected us to just overlook a disgusting sink that we couldn’t use and didn’t want to credit us. Her response was “well you’re staying with us any way so what’s the issue” They did finally move us to another room. The new room needs repair as well. The shower took two hands to get the water turned on and the cover to it came off in my hands.

Ruined my whole trip
Pros:

The bed had lice I showed photo's and was basically called a liar. Told they looked like specs I asked staff to come look they would not. The air didn't even work due to not being cleaned also have photo's of that. I was totally disrespected and dismissed. But had no choice but to take the offer to change rooms as my flight left the next day. I will be contacting their corporate office as the experience was that awful
