L'accueil s'est bien déroulé. Marco nous a très bien expliqué, en français, toutes les fonctionnalités de l'appartement. Il a été patient et compréhensif.

Pros:

L'appartamento è i uno dei quartieri più eleganti di Roma, lo spazio esterno e la vicinanza alla metro Spagna lo rendono veramente perfetto per chi non vuole rinunciare alla comodità.

Cons:

Niente di particolare, forse giusto un po' di rumore dai vicini quando si sta enlla zona esterna.

Pros:

Majapaikka on todella siisti ja erinomaisella sijainnilla. Viihtyisä ja olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä siihen.

Cons:

Kaikki hanat ovat hieman rempallaan ja toisen suihkun veden paine olematon. Myös asunnon lukko kaipaisi kiristystä. Kuten pientä remppaa majapaikka kaipaisi mutta ei mitään suurta enemmän.

Bonito, cómodo y céntrico.
Pros:

Ubicación, instalaciones nuevas y modernas acorde a la zona. Comodidad para familia o amigos de 10 personas. Precioso.

Cons:

No había utensilios de cocina para comer, sobretodo ni un cuchillo.
Si se usan los sofás cama, el acceso a los aseos es limitado, a través de las habitaciones.

Pros:

The place was so nice and convenient. It was literally a 3 minute walk to the Spanish steps and McDonald’s. Grocery market downstairs and lots of shopping nearby.

Marco was a great host! He helped us how to get there to explaining everything. Such a wonderful and sweet guy.

Everything about our stay here was pleasant. Would definitely book here again when we come back!!!

Wonderful location and very clean!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Louly Spanish Steps. It was the perfect home base for our family trip to Rome. The location was wonderful and safe, many cute restaurants, gelato shops, and bakeries right on the street outside the apartment. It was easy access to many of the sights and shopping. A very vibrant area. Our hosts were great and attentive, they even set up a driver that picked up us at the airport. the apartment was very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable but all of the other beds were fine. Due to the location this apartment is rather noisy late at night and in the early morning as the streets are being cleaned. We didn’t feel that was an issue though because it got us going early and had more of our day to enjoy. I would definitely book another stay here.

It would have been better if it was cleaner, especially as we had children with us.
Pros:

The location of the apartment is very good, 3 min walk to Spanish Steps and 15-20 min walk to other tourist attractions (Trevi Fountain, Phanteon etc), metro station very close.The host was very friendly and very helpful , allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time and brought us a cot for the baby. The apartment was very spacious and nicely furnished.

Cons:

Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean, the carpets were full of hair and false eyelashes, there was no soap in the bathrooms, in some rooms it was very cold and the air conditioners didn't work and the coffee machine didn't work also.
