Pros:

Very handy having the small fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery etc as well as the kettle in the room.

Cons:

The sink was absolutely tiny, too small to wash a mug in, never mind a plate.

Brilliant stay! Been going the lakes for years staying in top hotels and this was perfect for us.
Pros:

Location, overall setting, rooms, beds, cleanliness, facilities all brilliant

Cons:

Not complaining, just no window you can open in bathroom.

Lovely building with delightful, clean rooms
Pros:

Beautiful location in Windermere, with plenty of parking and a big beautiful entrance to the estate! The rooms were big and airy with everything needed for a family / group of friends! Bathroom was very clean and fully stocked (I would have liked some hair conditioner, but that’s not an issue!). Passcode was sent within the check in time, and the staff had even laid some rose petals for our one year anniversary celebrations! Very impressed. Will be back again 🙌

Poor value for the money
Pros:

No presence on site, room poorly designed, wall/ bedside lights not working, light above kitchen area not working, bed to large for a tiny room, a king size would have been sufficient.
Window lock broken, other window wouldn’t stay open kept sliding shut

Cons:

Sulus over function, to much furniture in room and kitchen area badly designed

Great place, no hassle and plenty FREE parking👍🏼
Pros:

We stayed in Room 1 on ground floor, it’s done out beautifully. Can’t fault it and will be staying again.

Cons:

I think for £244 for one night you should either be able to check in earlier or alternatively, check out later. A 10am check out is too early in my opinion.
