En la noche se descompuso el aire acondicionado y pasamos muy mal la noche, me comunique a la recepción dijeron que enviarían a alguien para repararlo y no pudieron, dijeron que entonces nos enviarían un aire portátil y mo lo ticieron qué porque ya no tenían ni ganó disponible

Disappointed and felt the room was very overpriced.

Overpriced. The room was on the highway side and extremely noisy.
Furniture worn.
When checking in (4:30 pm) there was no one at the desk, waited at least 5 minutes before anyone was there.
