Help!!! REFUND NEEDED!!!
Pros:

I want a full refund because the hotel was fully booked and they did not give me my room or and substitute.. adding that the location is not accurate as i walked more than 30 mins to find the hotel from the destination set on your website.

Dirty hotel rooms as well as towels, the water in the bathroom smells bad, is more of a 1 star hotel

Pros:

Strategic location! Excellent wi-fi ! Spacious room . Royal interior design . Purple , brown & gold . Breakfast is ok ( 7/10) . I would recommend having Lebanese leftovers from local restaurants stores in the fridge because the food stays fresh . This hotel is a hidden gem . Staff members , from reception to cleaning lady were very warm , welcoming & charismatic. Management are receptive to concerns that came up with my laundry /rates changes and gave me alternatives proposals .I’m from Canada and this is the type of service I would expect and enjoyed . Last but not least , it’s next to the Lebanese American University so it’s safe since you’re near students ! Shukran
