No toiletry in the room for both the stays
The hotel was excellent. The staff were very professional and had a genuine willingness to accommodate us. Asim, Keana, Preet, Mustafa were all amazing!

Every thing is excellent
It was great
We stayed in ocean view room without balcony end of May ‘25. it’s decent size room, cleaned daily, unlimited water, coffee n soft drinks provided in the room. Closet decent size but room could use another dresser or couple more drawers. Only has 3 small drawers in the closet. Couple usb outlets to charge electronics. Free use of sauna in the spa, and very helpful n friendly staff. If u choose not to have breakfast included there is grocery store n cafes across the street in the mall with plenty of options. We had wonderful time on the beach daily, very comfortable cushioned beach chairs, fluffy thick towels and umbrellas provided. sea water is calm n clean, and u have a nice view of Burj Al Arab when it’s not hazy.

You are on the stem of the Palm and its not easy to get around . Very close walk to Nakeel Mall which is good
Amazing location by the stem of the Palm Jumeirah. Next to Nakheel Mall will all the amenities, food and shopping complex!
Fantastic break in Dubai and the Andaz on the Palm was a perfect spot. The staff and food were amazing, especially in the Coco restaurant and at breakfast in the Locale. But don’t bother with the rooftop Asian restaurant - food is average and service (by Brenda) was abysmal.
The hotel and staff were fantastic. Great atmosphere, cleanliness and the rooms were great. Definitely will be back!

Walkable to Nakheel mall, very convenient location for Palm Jumeirah area.
I had to add the breakfast but they couldn’t accept the payment online and I didn’t have the breakfast during my stay there
Nice hotel but I wished these basic things as cotton wool was there and not need to be asked from reception. Pool, both adult and main were great!
Room service took longer than expected as it was busy
Stayed at the Andaz for 4 nights half board and was very disappointed by the service and the quality of the stay. First, we were surprised by the fact that the main pool and beach were shared with another hotel/residence and so busy. Once on the beach there is no free water for the customers which is very surprising in Dubai because all the hotels offer free water or water fountain to customer by the pool/beach. I was told I had to go back to the main hotel to get water because they couldn’t give us free water by the pool because it’s share by other hotel residents. The room was big but the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all, not enough pillows and the mattress were very hard. The half board food at the buffet lacked of variety, quality wasn’t great either. I would say this experience doesn’t reflect a 5 stars hotel
