Pros:

Educação dos funcionários e do atendimento, café da manhã com muita opção, estavam sempre reformando o café, não faltou nada e estava tudo gostoso.

Cons:

Muito barulho externo, principalmente de trabalhadores que se hospedam lá. Cortina da janela não cobre de forma que fique escuro, o quarto fica claro a noite. Ao amanhecer muito barulho na parte externa, falta uma isolação acústica. Torneira da pia vazando, porta toalhas quebradas, toalhas seca e desconfortáveis, vazamento de água na boquilha do banheiro, pingando, vagas de garagem descobertas

Chuveiro bom e ar condicionado funcionou razoável, não gelando muito o quarto.

Cons:

Quarto bem simples pelo valor, lençol e toalhas encardidas.
Travesseiros muito altos, mas cada um tem a sua preferência, é muito pessoal.
Falta um espelho no quarto.
Pedir um ferro de passar roupas, o hotel não tem. São itens tão básicos, para não disponilizarem.

O hotel é muito caro para o que entrega. As estruturas são antigas, tem muito barulho, vc não consegue descansar. O café

Não gostei de nada. Hotel caro para o que entrega.

Cons:

Café da manhã com poucas opções, lençóis não são trocados, eramos 2 pessoas com 2 camas e entregaram 1 toalha. Não entregam shampoo. No hotel tem muito barulho, o ar-condicionado é impossível manter ligado.
