Pros:

Excellent views over the River and Valley. All amenities were first class. Suggest that instructions for operation of spa unit be provided for guests who are not familiar with equipment and how it is used.

The staff was very supportive of quests questions while not speaking English our broken Spanish for January what we needed.

Highly recommend this Hotel

Beautifully preserved historic hotel
Pros:

enjoyed our stay at this beautifully restored hotel. Covid likely made it a little less lively but understandable. Staff was very pleasant, no english though but we did communicate through google translate and just basic gestures etc. Only minor comment was that the hotel was completely empty the day we arrived so we asked for a better room (same price online) but were advised they were full booked. We did not see any other guests until the following evening. Very good location in the centre of town - everything is walkable. The locals are super friendly and the area itself is amazing, so much history and the buildings are phenomenal. You have to try the specialty "Michelada con cameron" on the main square - so good!
