Freundlicher Empfang! Sehr gute Einweisung! Tolle Handtücher - sehr weich. Perfekte Lage. Schönes Appartment.

Cons:

Schimmel im Badezimmer! Blick in den Innenhof! Abluft der Gastronomie in den Innenhof! Teilweise zu kalt und Luftheizung eher laut. Matratze sehr hart.

Нам нравится в этом отеле (апартаментах) буквально все.
Останавливаемся в этом отеле в третий раз. Очень приятный сервис, персонал позвонит, встретит, поможет и все объяснит. Все по-домашнему уютно. Чисто, комфортно, белье отличного качества, так же, как и все все уходовые средства. Обязательно будем рекомендовать эти апартаменты и ещё не раз вернемся!

الفندق جميل جداً ورائع
موقعه مميز جداً يبعد حوالي 30 متر فقط عند ساحة الدومو
وكذلك 30 متر فقط عن الجاليري ( افضل موقع في ميلانو ) .
موظفة الاستقبال كانت مميزة جداً منذ ان تم الحجز تتواصل معنا عن طريق الواتس آب وتسهل لنا كل الإجراءات .
الشقة جميل جداً كانت بالدور الخامس والدخول لها واسعة ونظيفة جداً .

Unbeatable location and great staff.
Pros:

The location was unbeatable and the staff who checked us in was wonderful. She kindly let us check out at a later time and was responsive to questions we had.

Cons:

Breakfast. We were given vouchers for Italian breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and they weren’t that friendly.
