Pros:

They refuse to take our booking. They said that by wrongfully the booking was cancelled and it was alloted to someone else. However they can offer only 1 day stay. And that also a substandard room with same rate. Is it a joke ?????????

Pros:

The staffs are ok.neither too good nor too bad.room door lock was broken.ac's sensor not working as a result room temperature couldn't be controlled so me my father caught cold.we had to see a doctor after returning.told the staff about these problems they said unless the customer write reviews about these problems the owner won't rectify them even if the staff had informed the AUTHORITY several times in the past.hope this review WILL help rectify those problems.we were in room 202 this time.on February it was 204.
