Beliggenheden, betjeningen var uovertruffen og meget imødekommende. Talte et perfekt tysk og var meget hjælpsomme. Aircondition på værelserne.

It was great for one night stay, a nice breakfast and friendly staff but without parking and fridge.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The hotel situated in a great location close to the city center and all the attractions. The hotel has a very nice and friendly staff who explained everything to us.

Cons:

There were no parking place at the hotel as it is advertised when you hook the hotel. We were told that all parking is booked but actually this is not a true. Actually I choose this hotel because of the parking but the hotel does not have any parking. So it should be removed from the hotel advertisement. Because this is a wrong information. There is no fridge at the room. I asked to have the room with the river view but I was asked to pay 20 euros for that which surprised me since I booked the last hotel room based on the web site. If the room with the view costs 20 euros more it should be advertised on the booking and should be transparent. There is no reception like a hotel but there is a room at the entrance of the building with a staff who works as a reception. For parking you can park your car in front of hotel but you need to pay for the parking 2 euros every two hours so this is very inconvenient. Another option is to park your car on the side of the river which costs 3 euros for one day. We choose to park our car in the garage close by the hotel 10 euros for one day.

Netter Empfang, Lage direkt an der Mosel und super Frühstück in der Sonne genossen. Die Zimmer waren mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Het verblijf voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, we hebben geen klachten
Pros:

Het hotel voldeed aan onze verwachtingen 8/10 mooie ligging op de promenade.
Het weer wat top en dat is zeer belangrijk, volgens ons is dat belangrijker dan het hotel, maar helaas kan je dat niet bestellen.

Cons:

De receptie was onpersoonlijk, er was zelf geen ontvangst of receptie. Alles moest er online gebeuren.
In het restaurant was het vooral frituur eten, maar dat is te begrijpen op de promenade.

I recommend the hotel for a staying at Cochem.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent.
Very good breakfast, according to the high German hotel standards.
Excellent staff.

Cons:

There is no frig, or mini bar in the rooms (!)
Rooms are cleaned only once in two days.
Apart of that, rooms are comfortable.

gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal, großes geräumiges Zimmer, allerdings kein Balkon und keine Aussicht, da das Zimmer nicht zur Mosel hin gelegen hat.

Cons:

begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten, was allerdings der Enge der Altstadt geschuldet ist.
