Beautiful town wonderful wines.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of town. The staff was very niece and helpful. Other than the arrival once there it was a wonderful place to be.

Cons:

We where not made aware of the carnival and car show that was going on on the day of our arrival. There was no way to get near the hotel to drop off our bags so one of us had to walk to the hotel while the other drove in circles to get the key to the parking garage. Once we parked the car we had to walk with our luggage over 300m through the crowds of people to the hotel.

Pros:

Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass unser Hund mit zum Frühstück kommen durfte und die wirklich gute zentrale Lage. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

We only stayed one night but would happily return again for a longer stay
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable with a view of the river . Self check in was a faff though help was available and all the staff we came across where pleasant and helpful . The hotel is well situated to enable walking out round the town to see the sites bars and restaurants . Plus the multi storey car park was only a couple of minutes walk away once luggage unloaded .

Cons:

The hotel suited our needs so nothing to dislike .

Sehr sauber und freundlich – aber Punktabzug wegen der Hunde-Pauschale
Pros:

Das Hotel punktet mit sehr nettem Personal und einer einwandfreien Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich gut, allerdings war die Auswahl eher überschaubar.

Cons:

Achtung an alle Hundebesitzer:
Für den Hund wird eine Reinigungsgebühr von 50 € verlangt. Leider rechtfertigt der Service diesen Preis nicht: Es gab keinerlei Ausstattung wie Napf oder Ähnliches im Zimmer. Wer mit Vierbeiner reist, zahlt hier also einen hohen Aufpreis ohne jeglichen Mehrwert.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

The room was perfectly clean and pretty quiet.Our bed was super comfy .The location in the city center is perfect,close to the promenade and all of the restaurants.The staff was super nice and helpful and they are always there when you need them.Breakfast in the form of a buffet is ideal because there is everything you need and it was just delicious.
