I won't stay there again.
Pros:

Given the chance I won't like to stay here again. And I think the owner knows it too, I can imagine it is tough to run a hotel in this area where very less tourists come. The hotel itself is very old. The bedsheet was torn, wifi has bad signal on 1st floor.

Cons:

Maintenance.

Pros:

The bed is comfortable so as the blanket and pillows, the air conditioner quite cool it's absolutely okay

Cons:

The bathroom was lack of my expectations beside of the price aren't worth to their deluxe room, there are no amenities at all - such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste ( which actually there must be aminities in case of this kind of homestay ). And i was curious why there wasn't hot water from the shower, and the shower jet at the closet are freaking me out cause it's need to be fixed. When we're about going to check out, there were no one keeping the front office desk, which means I need to wait for about 5-7 minutes.
