Nem posso chamar esse local de hotel !
As Fotos são IA! O lugar caindo aos pedaços , sujo e com fungo nas paredes ! Lençol , toalhas e travesseiros com mal cheiro ! Cobertores rasgados ! Funcionário mal educado pra combinar com o ambiente! Tirei fito de tudo e vou entrar na justiça !

De nada. Cancelaram a reserva por WhatsApp menos de 24hs antes do horário de check-in.

Cons:

A Reserva foi cancelada no dia Anterior sem maiores explicações. Simplesmente disseram que por um problema no sistema a reserva foi cancelada. Pedi mais explicações e não responderam.

Cancelaram minha estadia na noite anterior sob o duvidoso argumento de que estavam sem sistema!!! Me deixaram na mão com um adolescente de 17 anos! Tive que arrumar outro hotel bem longe do evento o que aumentou meus custos com estadia, transporte e estacionamento!

Ótimo custo benefício!
Pros:

O quarto era agradável, a cama era boa, precisávamos do quarto para passar um noite e podermos descansar, e conseguimos fazer isso tranquilamente! A equipe foi solicita pois chegamos um pouco antes do check in e com muitas bagagens, mas conseguiram nos alocar logo.

Cons:

O quarto era pouco iluminado, o banheiro não tinha box, o que não é o problema em si, o problema é que não deixaram um rodo no quarto ou panos de chão o suficiente para deixar o banheiro seco para a próxima pessoa usar.
