Pros:

I stayed at the Sailing apartment — it was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Location is perfect: close to center, lake and supermarket.

Cons:

The main issue was the construction work in the neighboring building. On weekdays, from around 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., it was quite uncomfortable to stay in the apartment because of the noise.

Die Balkontür lässt sich nicht schließen, nie! Man hätte jederzeit ins Zimmer kommen können. Laut Besitzerin, ist das normal - haben sowas aber noch nie erlebt

Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhafter Lage, 100% Weiterempfehlung!
Pros:

Herrliche Lage inmitten von Olivenhainen.
Schön ruhig, weil ein Stück entfernt vom Zentrum.
Mit den gratis zur Verfügung gestellten Rädern waren wir jedoch schnell dort.
Die ganze Ausstattung der Wohnung war durchdacht und es war alles Wichtige vorhanden.
Der Blick auf den Gardasee war traumhaft.
Tennis hätten wir gratis spielen können.
Den blitzsauberen Pool haben wir einmal benutzt, weil er schon früher als angekündigt in Betrieb war.
Achtung: Badekappenpflicht
Die Gastgeberin Carolina war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mir den Kontakt zu einem Tandem- Gleitschirmflug vermittelt.

Cons:

Ausreichend Toilettenpapier für den gebuchten Zeitraum wäre gut. Sonst muss jeder neue Gast wieder eine (üblicherweise zu große) Packung kaufen.
Aber das nur als klitzekleine Anmerkung. 😊

Alles perfekt unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.
Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Geschirr war so gut wie neu. Geschirrspüler, schöne Weingläser, ein großer Balkon mit verschiedenen Stühlen, Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Ein fantastischer Seeblick und extrem ruhig. Der Pool wurde gerade eingelassen, aber Ende April war es auch noch zu frisch zum Baden.. Es gab auch noch einen schönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen und einen Grill. Die Residenz war durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert. Die Vermieterin Carolina war super nett und hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, was Essen und Wandern anbelangt. Gleich um die Ecke ein spitzen Restaurant/Pizzeria.
Für uns war es einer der schönsten Aufenthalte am Gardasee.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Die Aussicht war wunderbar und die Lage sehr zentral, Carolina ist eine ganz liebevolle Pächterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
Empfehlung : Café aus dem Bistro unter der Unterkunft 🤞🏼☕️ durften wir uns immer mit ins Zimmer nehmen und auf unserem Balkon genießen.
Privater Parkplatz ist natürlich auch ein + Punkt.

Pros:

Carolina war sehr freundlich, der Kontakt mit ihr war einfach und wir haben alle nötigen Informationen rechtzeitig erhalten. Die Lage ist toll um Malcesine zu erkunden. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein großes Plus ist der kostenfreie Parkplatz.

Großartige Lage mit Blick auf den Burgturm! Das Appartement ist ansprechend und modern eingerichtet, das Bett war komfortabel und die Küche gut ausgestattet (Lediglich Öl und Gewürze fehlten). Carolina war immer telefonisch zu erreichen, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Urlaub mit Aussicht!

Der Blick auf die Scaligerburg direkt am Morgen war wunderschön. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht. Carolina ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gibt viele gute Tips für Unternehmungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
