Pros:

Die Gastgeberin Carolina war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen war großzügig und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Ort ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und deshalb besonders angenehm. Unser Aufenthalt von 12 Tagen war wunderschön und wir würden es jederzeit wiederholen.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist leider etwas entfernt und erfordert eine gewisse Fitness. Schön wäre auch eine größere Auswahl an Gläsern, zB. für Wein oder Bier und ähnliches.

Eine sehr schöne empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, wenn man es gerne zentral mag. Malcesine ist ein malerischer Ort, von der Unterkunft aus, kann man zu Fuß alles gut erreichen. Restaurants, Geschäfte zum bummeln, Supermarkt oder Bäckerei alles in nächster Nähe. Unser Apartment wirkte neu renoviert, mit schönem Bad und Küchenzeile. Kostenlose Räder standen zur Verfügung, um eine Radtour zu machen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und gab Auskünfte zu allen Fragen. Der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Etwas weiter oben, schnell zu Fuß erreicht, steht für jedes Apartment zugeordnet, ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Geschlafen haben wir mit Ohrstöpsel, da wir die Geräusche von außen etwas laut empfunden haben. Wir konnten nicht nachvollziehen, warum es sich bei geschlossenem Fenster so anhörte, als ob es gekippt wäre, da alles neu und schön ausgesehen hat. Vielleicht sind andere Gäste nicht so Geräuschempfindlich und können auch ohne Ohrstöpsel gut schlafen.

Pros:

I stayed at the Sailing apartment — it was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Location is perfect: close to center, lake and supermarket.

Cons:

The main issue was the construction work in the neighboring building. On weekdays, from around 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., it was quite uncomfortable to stay in the apartment because of the noise.
