Service großteils freundlich und in Ordnung
Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit
Zimmer schaut zwar in Lichthof, ist aber daher trotz vielen Verkehrs ruhig
Güstige Lage

Cons:

Zimmer in gehobener Kategorie, jedoch ungünstiger Grundriß und ziemlich dunkel (da war ein ungeschickter Designer am werk: dunkelgrün und dunkelbraun...). Intressanterweise kein Kleiderschrank (lediglich eine sehr unpraktische Garderobe neben dem Eingang), Wäsche wurde im Nachtkastl verstaut, keine adäquate Sitzgelegenheit, kein Polstermöbel, Fauteuil oder dgl.
Mietgarage ist ein paar hundert Meter entfernt und nicht billig
Könnte sauberer und gepflegter sein

Great location, five-minute walk from the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and warm. Close to all major sights, restaurants, shops, and transport hub.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, especially around the sink.
