Pros:

Struttura molto bella, pulita e staff molto disponibile. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Città molto bella!!!!

Location great but not four star.
Pros:

Check in was great very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit tired but comfortable.

Cons:

As a four star the breakfast was terrible. From flies flying all over the food and nothing covered. Girl behind the bar on her phone and the one waiter trying to clear tables and set up. Nothing was clean so had to wait and ask for glasses for juice and culture.

Localização otima com cafe da manha pessimo.

Cons:

Cafe da manha muito ruim, funcionaria que fazia o cafe, era extremamente grosseira, ficava jogando os pratos para limpar, com barulho de louca quebrando. Nao tinha variedade no cafe, as mesas sujas, tive que pedir para limpar a mesa. Nota zero para funcionários e cafe da manha.

Mai lasciarsi ingannare dal numero di stelle! Esperienza top!
Pros:

Siamo stati un paio di notti all'Hotel Serafino di passaggio a Padova nel viaggio di rientro verso casa.
Appena arrivati in hotel siamo stati accolti al meglio, con un up-grade della prenotazione essendoci stata assegnata camera superior. La posizione dell'albergo è strategica per la sua vicinanza alla Basilica di Sant'Antonio e per la possibilità muoversi agevolmente a piedi in centro. La struttura è praticamente nuova al suo interno, moderna e funzionale in tutto. La colazione è adeguata. Il personale molto disponibile. Nel complesso i servizi sono ampiamente di categoria superiore alle 2 stelle. Decisamente consigliato. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Central, spacious and helpful
Pros:

Breakfast OK, staff all friendly and helpful. Great position if you want to se something of Trieste. Really handy for everything, was quote pleasant surprise. Don't overlook it if you were staying a few nights. Our room was very spacious and had little balcony - perfect!

Cons:

Having a bar, this would made it special. The lift was small so could be a wait. Overall this did not spoil our stay.
