Pros:

Quiet, comfortable hotel in the centre of town. We arrived quite late and received a warm, professional welcome. We did nor use any of the facilities or have breakfast but were very happy with our stay. They do have a baggage holding area which is useful.

Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um Triest zu Erkunden
Pros:

Ein feines Hotel, ideal gelegen: kaum 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und wenige Minuten zur Fussgängerzone.

netter Kurztrip nach Triest in der Vorsaison. Weniger Tourismus trotzdem (fast) alles geöffnet
Pros:

Frühstück ausreichend, typisch für "italienische Verhältnisse". Leider wenig Sitzplätze / Tische weshalb es bei verspäteter Ankunft zum Frühstück zu kleinen Wartezeiten gekommen ist. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht!

Pros:

Sehr nettes und schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage in Triest. Zu Fuß ist ist die Fußgängerzone und das Zentrum leicht zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Pros:

Staff. Location and bathroom

Cons:

Bar never opened. Very dark everywhere even on bright days. Room was dinghy, smoke alarm was stroking every 20secs throughout our whole stay. Very uncomfortable when lights were out but staff were powerless to do anything about it and first receptionist ignored our complaint.

Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

Hotel is ideally located just about 10 mins on foot to the train station and within a few minutes to the center of Trieste. Clean and quiet rooms. Staff at the reception were very helpful.

Cons:

Considering we were in a superior room of a 4-star hotel, the availability of an espresso coffee machine in the room (rather than instant coffee) would have been appreciated.

Just one small bottle of shower gel and another of shampoo (to be shared by two people) were available in the shower - we had to ask the reception desk for more, which they willingly provided.
