Warm stay
Pros:

It was a nice stay. Specially appreciate a heater!

Cons:

I was waiting over 20 minutes to check in because there was nobody at front desk.
Property is a bit old.
And when I saw rates inside it’s cheaper when on Booking.

Saved my life from an awful hostal experience
Pros:

Location,hot water and the bed were good

Lovely hotel and excellent staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. My husband became ill and they quickly arranged a taxi to the local hospital. When we had to leave early they refunded the second night's accommodation.

Comfiest bed after 3 day tour of Bolivia and the Salt Flats!
Pros:

After a 3 day Salt Flats and Bolivia tour we booked this hotel last minute as we were exhausted and didn't want to catch the bus that night. The beds were so comfortable! A big thick doona (blanket), it was great having a big TV to watch and unwind.
Bathroom was great with a hot shower!
Location was a short stroll into town for dinner!
We were asked if we were married for matrimonial bed and with the language barrier I said no so were provided with two single beds haha but that was on me and probably could have swapped if we asked.
Breakfast was self serve - not a huge amount of options but there was enough!

Pros:

The staff allows us to have early check in, thats really a bonus as we arrived early the morning after taking the overnight bus from La Paz to Uyuni…! Many windows that allow natural light and we can see the fireworks clearly at the new year eve night!!!

Cons:

Breakfast doesn’t look attractive as most of them are just breads and buns, would be great to have hot meal like fried eggs.. It also took us 10-15min to get food as not many restaurants nearby

Friendly staff but disappoint facility
Pros:

We spent one night in this hotel. We booked it as the last minute as the hotel we first booked was closed. We arrived at the hotel by bus before 5 am and Almidena staff was there and opened the door for us. They also allowed us to early check in so we could get a room to take shower and had a nap. The staff Santos (hopefully I remember his name correctly) is very helpful. He took care of us very well and provided all convenience for us. Only one thing I can complain this hotel is its facility. The rate is $96 per night and considered really expensive in Uyuni during covid-19. But the room is small and amenity is very basic. So we were disappointed at the facility as the price was high.

Die Buchung war BETRUG!
Das Hotel war für Potosi angeboten, doch in Potosi gab es Straße und Hotel NICHT. Die Koordinaten für Navigation nach Potosi waren FALSCH.
Wir mussten dort ein anderes Hotel nehmen!!
Ujuny war durch Demonstranten polizeilich abgeriegelt.
Wenn uns jetzt 173 US-Dollar belastet werden, ist das BETRUG
