Aksunkar Hotel

建物の壁面にホテル名が表示されているので、空港からホテルまで徒歩で向かうこと簡単なのだが、建物内に入っても１階にフロントがなく、フロントの場所、階数等の情報の表示がない、たまたま居合わせた現地の人に、フロントが４階に教えて貰ったので事なきを得たが、初めて利用する人は注意したほうがよい。
自分はフロント階（４階）の部屋をだったが、部屋番号が順番に並んでいない（411号室の隣が432号室、その隣が415号室のような）ため、自分の部屋を探すのに一苦労だった。
部屋自体は清潔だったが、空港近くということもあり飛行機の音が深夜、早朝に響くので音に敏感な方は寝られないかも。
朝食は、空港１階のカフェ（建物の右側にある）で使えるクーポン券をホテルからチェックアウト時に貰って、そのカフェで食べるのだが、クレープ１枚、ハムかソーセージ、ゆで卵か目玉焼きの３種しか提供されないので、かなり量が少ないので、よく食べる方は期待しないほうがよい。

알마티공항과 매우 가깝고, 잠만 자기에는 나쁘지 않음. 리셉션에 계신 분도 영어를 구사할 수 있고 매우 친절함. 다만 4층에 있는데 엘레베이터가 고장나 짐을 4층까지 올려야할 수 있고, 공용 화장실과 샤워실이라 깔끔하신 분께는 불편하실 수 있음. 로비에 뜨거운 물이 비치되어 있어 편리함

I had booked room for ecomomy ckass and and i tikd her about my booking she didnt understand coz of languages barier she gave me upgraded room standards room with no shower inside shower was out side on the othere end i have booked economy room for 7000 of their local currency she said economy class is not available so she gave me standard room which she gave me for same price 7000 of local currency but it was was for half day and full day was 9000 but its close to airport and the price is very cheap to spent one day for rest and worth it and it has smoking balcony facing airport which is rare in othere hotel its good for price for transit stay was good not much too posh

Arrived late at night and had informed them in advance about this by using Hotels.com "Send a message to the hotel" function. The hotel is conveniently by the airport, but you need to find out that the hotel reception is on the 4th floor since there is no information available except signs in Cyrillic letters. The receptionist said that my room was gone since I had not checked in by noon (yes, I repeated several times that we were talking about 12 in the morning, and not 12 in the evening). They had left my advance message unnoticed about a late arrival. Nevertheless, they made up a room for me after waiting 30 minutes in the night. The next day I saw people checking in and out also after noon, so I have no idea why there was a check-in rule by noon for me. Maybe they expected me to pay some extra cash to get things going during the night? No information about a check-in rule by noon at their hotel description page on Hotels.com either. The only positive thing to say is the location by the airport, providing that you find the hotel functions in that huge building. Also lots of noise in the hallway of people arriving and leaving for flights throughout the night.

Location is great. Easy walk from Airport. But there was no hot water. Bed was ok. Front desk personnel was kind. So if you just need a bed and ok with a freezing shower that is close to the airport this is a good place.
