Comfortable, historic hotel. Great communication by staff.
Pros:

The location was great. The communication with staff was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We rented the entire hotel for two nights for a group conference. Walking distance to all the sights and shops. Everything you could need is easily 15 minutes or less walk away.

Cons:

The loud church bells, but they can do nothing about it. The bells are beautiful sounding. Ear plugs provided :)

Great experience and I would stay there again!
Pros:

Great staff who were happy to assist with any questions or requests. Hotel was well situated in old town area.

De kamer was proper en de locatie centraal gelegen

Cons:

Ik heb geboekt bij het hotel, maar ze hebben mij een kamer toegewezen bij hun bed & breakfast. Dat is niet wat ik had geboekt. Geen personeel, geen service, ook niet bij het uitchecken. Als ik een airbnb ervaring wil, zal ik wel een airbnb boeken! De infrastructuur is niet in orde. Kapotte muren en schimmel aan het ventilatiesysteem dat dringend onderhoud en herstelling nodig heeft. Heel ongezond!

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Comoda per la stazione e il centro .

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere una colazione lactose free, ci hanno confermato la possibilità, abbiamo pagato 17 euro a testa e non avevano nulla senza latte!!! Negativo !
Bagno senza riscaldamento. Una ghiacciaia.
In generale direi che il personale è davvero poco socievole e poco disposto a spiegare all'arrivo i servizi e informazioni varie.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de caractère et des chambres toutes différentes.
Pros:

La taille (énorme) de la chambre. Le caractère particulier du bâtiment (un vrai manoir). Le caractère "vintage" des équipements sanitaires. La qualité du petit-déjeuner et de la literie. Personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner la climatisation/chauffage (inverter). Mais le chauffage central à l'ancienne fonctionnait bien. L'absence de personnel la nuit était gênant, mais pas trop.
