bel hôtel dans immeuble ancien, super bien situé dans le centre d'Utrecht, proche des restaurants et de l'animation mais au calme dans une petite ruelle attenante.

Cons:

propreté de certains lieux. manque d'accueil, le soir après 18h personne. l'humidité dans la salle de restaurant au sous-sol.. un management plus présent est nécessaire pour faire attention aux détails et donc aux clients.
