Laid back location in the middle of nowhere delivering full tranquility and possibility to rest and enjoy free time

When you are staying by the pool there is no possibility to order food which is not a convenient option and could be improved

Ha sido perfecta la estancia en la bobadilla, nos quedamos con ganas de repetir.

Fine but did not live up to expectations
Pros:

The grounds are maybe the most stunning setting we have ever stayed in. Truly beautiful.
The room was clean and spacious, quiet and immaculate housekeeping.

Cons:

We didn’t feel the hotel lived up to the star rating or the price point. The breakfast was very poor, the food was not up to the standard we had experienced in other hotels in the area and there was no fresh coffee available anywhere in the hotel. The pool area and bar is quite shabby and the drinks not great. The staff were friendly enough but service not what you would expect at a luxury resort. There were hidden charges everywhere and it is very isolated so would be lacking in dining choices for more than a few days. Overall, for our honeymoon stay we were left pretty disappointed and would not return.

Good hotel for a weekend getaway
Pros:

Very good hotel overall.
Good size rooms.
Great food.
Great off-road cycling.
Staff in the fine dining restaurant were excellent.

Cons:

Gym could be better;
Spa is non existent, very cold swimming pools, no hot showers, sauna is very small, no hamam, no warm jacuzzi;
Staff in the main restaurant were not attentive;
There could be so many more outdoor activities offered, but for some reason the hotel doesn’t do it.
Reception desk staff require much better training - not very attentive and forget things.
We asked to go on a e-bike tour, were told to wait 5mins and then forgotten about for 30 minutes - couldn’t even remember that we spoke to them.
You need to have enough space in your restaurants for all hotel guests - this is just logical.
