El hotel: todavía una maravilla !
Nos alojamos en el hotel hace dos años y queríamos repetir la experiencia: el hotel mismo todavía una maravilla pero echábamos de menos el repicar de la campanas de la capilla.
Hace dos años cenamos en el restaurante La Finca con una estrella Michelin: fue una inolvidable experiencia entonces.
Queríamos repetir pero qué decepción: nada que ver con la anterior experiencia, no merece una estrella Michelin y el menu demasiado caro: no corresponde a una cocina con una estrella Michelin.
Además, no volvíamos necesariamente para el hotel pero sí nos daba ganas de repetir está cena de entonces: qué decepción, lamentamos la experiencia.

Beautifully designed and decorated hotel in a fabulous setting. Extremely high standards of service, without being overly formal. Spacious, characterful rooms and several public areas in which to relax. Lovely swimming pool area. Excellent food and wine.

Beautiful hotel in large grounds with big pool area and plenty of space and comfortable beds to relax. Our suite room was equally very large with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace. Breakfast buffet was of high quality. Plenty of amenties including spa, horseriding, walking trails, tennis, padel and pickleball. Very high end feel.
Some of the staff in the Finca restaurant were quite aloof and cold.
The only option for lunch is The Mirador which was a bit too restauranty for a simple lunch by the pool. It would be nice if the pool bar offered small lunches, snacks alongside drinks.
The menu at the Bar was a bit varied. If you don't want to eat in the Michelin Finca, this is the only option.
This is a truly wonderful small hotel. Fantastic lication, grounds, service and restaurants. An excellent place to relax, chill or go horseriding or pedal biking or court sports. Would highly recommend. We wpuld return.
The room was amazing, lovely comfortable and large bed
We felt it would have been nice to have a pool bar food option rather than the sit-down restaurant. We often only want a light snack, ( club sandwich or similar) at lunchtime. We appreciate that food at poolside is not desirable, but there is a suitable seating area which could be used, no food being permitted outside this zone
Staff were outstanding good, service was exceptional, probably up there with the best we have experienced!

Fantastic location. Lovely pool. Lovely room, tennis courts great- all facilities were great.
Lack of choice for eating options. Expensive La Finca with disappointing food. The second night we only had the option of an expensive barbecue or room service. Felt the F and B let this hotel down.

All was good
We loved our stay at Finca la Bobadilla and apart from a couple of considerations on the food options, it really is a fantastic place. The staff were all excellent - especially Elisa in guest experience and Paloma the horse riding guide was brilliant.
The informal restaurant menu and food quality does not compare with the other restaurant La Finca. Lunch menu options in El Mirador by the pool whilst tasty could offer more snacky style choices for when you are at the pool.
