The grounds were extremely well maintained
The food was exceptional at all the restaurants
The room we had was very luxurious

Location, food, kids club, fabulous gardens

Cons:

Noisy (specially in the room/suite) : could easily hear the neighbors. Crowded on weekends. Room cleaning variable quality.

Better of staying next door in Nobu
Cons:

During my stay on sunday you host a buffet. We went there at 2pm on sunday to ask what time it stops serving, I knew 5pm it was closed but I was aware it would stop serving before then.
I was told 4.30pm so we arroved at 4.17pm that afternoon and was told we were too late.
Poor service in restaurants, there were a few times where items requested were forgotten.
There are few dining options for those with children, only one open at a reasonable time for dinner. Nobody which we stayed last year in has much better choice.

Finally there is an insect infestation in the bathroom of our room.
Honestly would not recommend to friends and family.

It was a wonderful experience and if we come back to Costa del Sol, it will be to stay at the Marbella Club Hotel.
