This is a completely nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed inside the property and guests cannot request smoking rooms.

The shuttle service from subway station "Karasumaoike" around No.2 exit operates from 08:20 to 21:40 every 20 minutes and costs of free of charge.

Beautiful hotel, will definitely come back and spend more time!!
Pros:

This hotel and room was so beautiful and spacious. The bath tub, incredible. The staff were so lovely and helpful, It was our splurge accommodation during our trip, and it did not disappoint, just wish we had booked more than a couple of nights so we could of made the most of the hotel facilities and explore.

Cons:

There’s this odd government enforced additional tax where if your a single you’ll end up paying more tax for your room then a couple I.e. your room ends up costing more per night.

Upea hotelli keisarillisen puutarhan liepeillä
Pros:

Todella kohtelias ja avulias henkilökunta,tilava huone ylellisellä kylpyhuoneessa. Aamulla oli oven taakse naulaan jätetty englanninkielinen päivän lehti. Huoneessa oli kahvin lisäksi myös perinteinen teen valmistus-setti. Täydellistä! Tulemme uudestaan,kiitos.
