This is a completely nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed inside the property and guests cannot request smoking rooms.

The shuttle service from subway station "Karasumaoike" around No.2 exit operates from 08:20 to 21:40 every 20 minutes and costs of free of charge.

Children aged 0–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge of JPY 1,900 per child/night when breakfast is included in the rate.

Tolles erstklassiges Hotel, wenn man vom Frühstück absieht.
Pros:

absolut tolles Hotel und in Nahe zum Royal Palace, den man zu der Zeit ohne Anmeldung besuchen konnte!
Sehr großes Zimmer in der 5-ten Etage. Tolle Betten und schönes Bad.

Cons:

Für westliche Verhältnisse ist das Frühstück dürftig! Das Brot ist schrecklich.

Pros:

Usually Large Rooms for Japan. Shuttle service to subway used every day. Not the most modern building but a definite consideration for parties staying more than a night or two in Kyoto as in residential area away from tourist crowds.

Cons:

No safe in rooms. Only at reception. No separate bar to eating area.

ケーキとパンが本当に美味しい。

Cons:

暖房の温度を変えても効きが良く、夜中、暑くて眠れなかった。(レセプションには聞いてないので調節の仕方があったのかも？)

Flott og rimelig eksklusivt hotell.
Pros:

Frokost var ikke aktuelt. Bra beliggenhet. Høy standard. Fantastisk personale. Mange flotte serveringsmuligheter på hotellet. Hyggelig bar.

Cons:

Baren stengte for tidlig. Alle gjester forsvant raskt og jeg følte meg alene i den aktuelle etasjen. Få alternativer utenfor.
