This is a completely nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed inside the property and guests cannot request smoking rooms.

The shuttle service from subway station "Karasumaoike" around No.2 exit operates from 08:20 to 21:40 every 20 minutes and costs of free of charge.

Children aged 0–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge of JPY 1,900 per child/night when breakfast is included in the rate.

Un bel hôtel , très bien entretenu.
Grande chambre confortable.
Un super buffet petit-déjeuner.
La navette qui emmène jusqu'à la station de métro car l'hôtel est un peu excentré.

Great hotel!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was amazing and the staff were so friendly. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a fun experience. The room was large and had amazing products including face masks! Free bus into town and easy walk to City. Recommend!

Comfortable hotel with great onsite restaurants
Pros:

We loved the breakfast buffet. It was a great blend of American and Japanese food. The traditional Japanese breakfast was so good too!

Cons:

The shuttle bus was a big plus.

Een heerlijk 5 sterren niveau
Pros:

Het Japanse ontbijt. Geweldig, helemaal geserveerd in Japanse stijl. Ook heb ik genoten van de douch en het twee maal grote bed.
De reservering afdeling was flexibel en liet ons slapen in dezelfde kamer terwijl het niveau niet helemaal gelijk was over 2 nachten heen (apart geboekt). Top rekening met ons gehouden!

Cons:

Het Europees ontbijt was minder uitgebreid dan gewend van een 5 sterren hotel.
