Pros:

Genel olarak çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
Çalışanlar son derece nazik, güler yüzlü ve gerçekten candan insanlardı. Otel de oldukça temizdi. Bizi kırmayıp en güzel odalarından birini verdikleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederim; manzarası gerçekten harikaydı. Çocuklara verdikleri değer ve özen de ayrıca dikkat çekiciydi.

Tren istasyonuna biraz mesafeli olması ve transfer için kişi başı ücret talep edilmesini çok etik bulmadım. Ayrıca odalara giden koridorlarda birkaç basamak bulunuyor; eğer bavullarınızı kendiniz taşıyorsanız ve ağırsa bu durum biraz zorlayıcı olabiliyor.

Bunun dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Bu küçük olumsuzlukları göze alırsam, evet, yine olsa yine kalırdım.

Amazing and we were sad to leave!!!!!
Pros:

Well...this property is right in the middle of the town and next door to just about everything. It is beautiful and chic...old world charm. The food is great, the rooms are beautiful and it was easy to get to the gondolas for ski days. But what stood out the most were the STAFF!!! There was nothing they wouldn't do, and always went above and beyond. I would highlight especially our special friend Rachel who helped us with some personal things as well as travel. Amazing. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Cons:

Thiss is a very very small thing as all of the food is AMAZING, but the chicken on the Edwards bar menu was very small :) Maybe we were just very hungry :) The food at 1818 was incredible!!! Highly recommended!

Don't understand why this hotel isn´t 5 star rated. Maybe the missing Spa that you can anyway use in the sister hotel. I´d come again for sure!

Alles hat prima geklappt und wir fühlten uns bei ihnen gut aufgehoben
Pros:

Schönes, abwechslungsreiches tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Der Service war sehr freundlich.
Besonders an der Reception hat uns Sir Georges
Mit seiner Freundlichkeit und Fachkompetenz grossen Eindruck gemacht. An dieser Stelle ganz herzlichen Dank. Ausserdem bekam mein Mann, zu seinem Geburtstag einen wunderschönen und sehr feinen Kuchen inkl. Kerze. Beeindruckend!

Cons:

Leider war die Nacht mit Gästen vor dem Hotel sehr
laut. Trotz 5-tes Stockwerk konnten wir lange nicht einschlafen.

Perfect stay for me. I'll definitely be back again.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. No stress, no fuss. They assisted us with the transport from our car to the Zermatt car-free zone. Had hot tea upon arrival from reception. The reception team were so friendly. They also helped me with lunch and dinner reservations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean - we enjoyed the extra details added such as the bed warmers and fruit in our room. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to all main attractions. Breakfast was great - really good selection and staff was attentive.

Cons:

No faults found! The staff my our stay really comfortable and convenient.
