Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentif, toujours souriant et disponible. La localisation est parfaite en plein centre de Zermatt. L'hôtel est très confortable, chaque détail est bien pensé. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

It has a Sister property with a beautiful spot that I really enjoyed. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Очень удобный кровати и великолепное постельное белье , дизайн отеля с винтажными деталями . Прекрасный СПА в отеле рядом . Очень приятный бар внизу с вкуснейшим тартаром и в целом отличной кухней.
**A little gem — and, for us, the favourite hotel in Zermatt ❤️**
We absolutely loved our stay at Monte Rosa. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtful, elegant and genuinely welcoming.
Our room was huge, beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable — the kind of room you actually look forward to coming back to after a day in the mountains. Breakfast was superb, the service was exceptional, and the whole hotel has such a lovely atmosphere: elegant and refined, but warm and never overly formal.
And here’s what really says it all: we also stayed at Monte Rosa’s sister hotel, the **5-star Mont Cervin Palace**. Both are wonderful, but if we had to choose, **we would pick Monte Rosa**. There was just something about its character, atmosphere and the way we were looked after that we preferred.
I’m usually pretty good at finding something to complain about 😂 but honestly… **I can’t fault this hotel.**
Everything was just right.

A charming historic hotel close to the station in beautiful Zermatt !( private shuttle also provided). Our room with a balcony had a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and most helpful. Breakfast in the lovely dining room was excellent.
